Inside Pattaya’s struggling sex trade amid pandemic and downturn
Excel replied to webfact's topic in Pattaya News
Your post is certainly worthy of all the praise it gets and sums up the plight of those less fortunate ones. However like you, me and countless millions they have all one thing in common that should be recognised, they are simply human beings trying to make what they can of their lives, so hence any derision, snide remarks by others is not welcome.- 123 replies

Pathetic reply as you should be apologising on the forum for your misleading health information. Been here in Thailand 38 years so probably older than you judging by your posts.

Oh dear you really do have a problem, as you quoted some Irish media I assume you are Irish so hence I shall make allowances regarding your misleading information???? This thread is about 2 Pfizer shots and when to obtain the third, here in Thailand, specifically the provinces. Understand so far ? As I posted previously which clearly you have not read or perhaps not understood your statement of 3 months is untrue and misleading. Again read it, understand we are in Thailand, the poster is asking about Thailand and the link below specifies the recommended time to get the third shot here in Thailand. If you can't comprehend that then please refrain from posting misleading rubbish on what is an important health subject where facts are required. https://www.thaipbsworld.com/thailand-to-speed-up-vaccine-booster-shots/

Perhaps they will withhold reporting the real numbers of ormicron until after the new year super spreading activities and then use the real numbers as a further excuse to shut things down again. Except of course those establishments etc owned by the well connected.

As I said before, but you cannot apparently read, the recommendations by the US, Thailand and Pfizer for those already having had 2 doses of Pfizer is 6 months. So perhaps instead of learning to increase the size of your fonts you spend more time educating yourself and reading what I have already posted and stop posting misleading information on such serious health matters, and just for you I shall post those recommendations again; . https://www.thaipbsworld.com/thailand-to-speed-up-vaccine-booster-shots/ https://www.pfizer.com/news/press-release/press-release-detail/pfizer-and-biontech-provide-update-omicron-variant https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/booster-shot.htm

No it's not and this is misleading information. See my earlier post for the facts as current.

That is not correct. This thread is about those that have had 2 doses of Pfizer, not any other or mixed shots. The Thai info below clearly states those that have received 2 Pfizer doses should have their Pfizer booster after 6 months. Pfizer themselves recommends 6 months and the US also 6 months. https://www.thaipbsworld.com/thailand-to-speed-up-vaccine-booster-shots/ https://www.pfizer.com/news/press-release/press-release-detail/pfizer-and-biontech-provide-update-omicron-variant https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/booster-shot.html

First death of someone reported to have had omicron in the UK and predicting 48% infection levels by year end. Given that as an example of a country with similar population levels as Thailand I expect that those high levels of infection will be in Thailand in the next few months, assuming of course that they report it accurately. Now given that and what the Thai regime has done in the past I anticipate that this will lead to yet another curtailment of civil liberties and business closures in Thailand next year. 2022 Songkran I suspect will be in danger of cancellation. Now if only they can string this out to election year 2023, well I'll leave that open to opinion.

Fate of Thailand’s New Year countdown event to be decided on Monday

Delta didn't shut anything down, it was the governments that did that. -

Perhaps they should just rename it as the "New Year Omicron Event". It after all will follow similar lines to the government's travel recomendations for SongKran last year in not preventing the spread of a new strain of virus, last years was Delta. Now this year Omicron. Perhaps there may be a further new strain for SongKran 2022 where the government can encourage mass travel and gatherings to ensure maximum spread. -
Pattaya Police crackdown on illegal crane machine games

Serious stuff this. The RTP are saving the nation without fear of personal injury what these toy crane machines could do to them. Brave folk indeed and the nation owe them a debt of gratitude in stamping out this hideous crime.- 32 replies

And therein lies the question, how civilised a country is it when wealthy people can mow down and kill policemen and the establishment allows them to get away with it ?
