I didn't know til recently that George refused to stay in the police car.
They placed him in there and he fought and came out the other side, claiming claustrophobia
That's when they had to wrestle him to the ground and excessive force was used
I don't think you can prove that the office purposely tried to kill him.
Wonder how many times cops have heard a perp saying they can't breathe, then next thing they are running down the street
