43 injured "crying for help", with two dead already, and people still wanting to jump on here and say something 'funny'.. What is wrong with you people??
It's gallows humour.

The bike renter was fined 2,000 baht for not checking for license. That's the official fine rate.
Do they have to pay this fine EVERY time a tourist gets busted for not having a license?

So what about just declaring "disaster zone" without using the word "natural"?It's not a natural disaster, it's 100% man-made!

There seems to be a lot more complaints on local Facebook pages about the pollution, so at least the locals are aware of the problem. The problem is that those same people complaining will be buying the special mushrooms once they appear at the markets!

“IGNITE THAILAND’S TOURISM”
That'll encourage more arson in the forests 😉

Perhaps the visa agents complained 😉

Someone else pointed this out a couple of months ago, so it's not a temporary glitch.
I, also, don't recall appointments for retirement requiring 1.5 hours.

Stop calling them wild fires. It's arson. Get the army in, boots on the ground & if you can't catch them setting the fires, catch them entering the forests & keep them out.

Are we less important than dogs?
It seems so. Frequently, whilst out on my bicycle, I notice drivers give me a lot less room than dogs when passing 😞

Give every Thai cop 1000 baht to arrest the land owner on whose land the 'wild fires' occur. Problem solved at a cost of ONE million.
Who owns the forests?

Here us the problem I have with all these judges (expats) and their punishments….they are worthless b/c based on used toilet paper
just follow whatever law applies to the incident, have a trail and whatever the verdict is…
decisions should be based law and order not feelings or opinions
Plus one, and nationality of both parties shouldn't come into play.

Last couple of days had problems with pages not loading on pc.
But, an improvement is that on the pc, when you have an item in your cart it applies any voucher discounts. Before, I only got this on the app.

The Dunkel is the best mass produced beer in Thailand. Cheers Riceberry is a close second. When I'm back in UK it's Hobgoblin Ruby for me 🙂

Burning ban announced from Jan 1st to end of April in Chiang Mai province. I guess they haven't told the farmers, or made any plans to enforce it. TIT

Try Decathlon. Look online first.
Wherever you go, don't let them sell you one that's too small.
