My I remind you that the average body temperature is 37 degrees C. You are living in a dream.
I'm no scientist, but I think outside the body is different than inside.

This will only apply at airports. It's obvious when you arrive in Thailand from Myanmar, they'll be like "oh he just came back from Myanmar". I just came back from Laos. No screening is done on either side of the border. It's business as usual....for now.
Whooosh, the sarcasm emoticon went miles over your head ????

I certainly would be disappointed, but then would either of these races be anywhere near as exciting without the crowds, especially on the mountain stages.

Won't be the same without drunken idiots getting punched by Froomy

That would only work if Thailand was a quality place to visit. It's not and hasn't been for 30 years. It was popular because it was cheap and cheerful- backpacker heaven.
People with real money go to expensive places like the Maldives; they don't go to LOS.
So true. Cheap bungalow on quiet beach. Heaven. Hate all these up market resorts that have ruined everything.

And the reality is that mops achieve very little just spread whatever across the floor, nothing more.

Correct and been open for a few weeks.Must be some partnership with Tesco as mentioned before, they both stock some similar or same products. It's a maze and signage is lacking ,lots of cheapo junk but some good buys.Toy shop for adults, perfect in today's tough economic times????
The 69 baht windscreen wipers seem ok, & have survived the dry season so far ????

What does the governor of Chiang Mai actually do other than receiving money what does the guy do TIT
He chairs various committees & meetings, with lavish buffets, at swanky hotels, where they mull how to monitor the air pollution in the province. That's pretty much a full time job ????

Going by reports here on TV, drivers always seem to swerve first rather than braking. Inevitably, they end up hitting something else with greater consequences than hitting the object they swerved to avoid.

Take a letter from your wife asking them to issue you a visa. Explain that it was not feasible for your wife to make the trip at this time, giving an appropriate reason (she must work, take care of kids or whatever). I doubt having the wife present is a non negotiable condition for issuing the visa.
Hope so!

Drove it yesterday. Traffic was light both ways. Where there are roadworks, the surface is hard & not potholed.
