Received this morning a mail from Air Asia to inform me of the cancelation of my flght from Phuket to Udon Thani at the end of march. Try to change it to another date, but to no avail. Apparently, Air Asia will not operate the route again. Same For Khon Kaen...Anybody knows why ?

There were no road accidents in Kathu district... So what was that ? Not an accident ? Kathu – A Thai rider died and a foreign rider was injured after a big bike collided with a smaller motorbike in Kathu. Emergency responders were notified of the accident at 8:00 A.M. on Wednesday morning (January 3rd) on the Wichit Songkram Road in Baan San, Kathu. They arrived at the scene to find a damaged big bike on the road. Another damaged motorbike was found in the opposite lane. The big bike rider, identified only as Mr. Nirandorn, 43, from Ranong, was pronounced dead in the opposite lane with his big bike. The foreign rider, whose name was withheld by authorities, had sustained non-life threatening injuries and was taken to a local hospital

Could be also another "title deed" “Tor Bor 5” ou “Tor Bor 6” it is a plot of land allocated by the Royalty to locals to develop agriculture. Official documents do not allow the construction of “hard” buildings (cement or concrete) on the land, but simply wooden houses for farmers. This type of real estate is only allowed for the development of agriculture (and nothing else!) after official authorization from the “Land Department” and the municipal administration of the region concerned. It cannot be sold to a Third Party, but can be rented out (despite everything, many “lessors” of this land find buyers by devious means). This Title deed is transmissible by inheritance.
