Well i am public now , after 17 years in Th,moved to Spain. The best move of my life.

No year-long heatwaves, floods, electric breaks , no neighbors burning plastic and playing loud music night and day,no street dogs, own my own house and land now.

Cheap living same as in Thailand.(10eu for a full menue and a bottle of wine )

Good schools for the children,no lunatic traffic and good roads.

I can go on for hours.

So when i read Thaivisa,i feel grateful i am far away from that now.

    Buenos días

Yes, many of us deserted Spain for "exotic" Thailand many years ago but today with this covid nonsence things will change, Thailand with mass tourism is no longer as appealing and Spain has meanwhile perfected an excellant tourist and retirement destination.

  2. The thai excuse has always been that this forigner rip off pricing was to pay for maintence of  government owned national parks etc, how do these private businesses like nong nooch justify their blatent ripping off of western tourists ? How many billions baht have they scamed out of soft western tourists over the last 30 , 40 years ?

The NEW favourite tourists  chinese an indians won't be so easily mugged

How very charming of immigration, you were only exposed to NO social distancing for just the 3 hours from

6am to 9am,........perhaps you should drop them in a thank you letter and some lunch.

Join the line and keep at least a metre behind the person in front, politely request the person who joins behind you to do likewise (a hard smack in the gub will do the trick if they insist on crowding you) once inside the premises the floor was marked and was easy to keep my distance from others.

Always amazed how dumbos like these even find their way to the airport where they always  clog up the security/ immigration lines because they think that the rules don't apply to them. Then arrive at  their destination with £2 spending money and expect us all to believe they are millionaire ex sas operatives  and now attention seeking wanting their mugs in the papers because of a hiccup in their travel itinery. STILL PLENTY OF FLIGHTS/SEATS TO UK EVERY DAY around £500 each so go buy your tickets and <deleted> of home you muppetts

If you cannot afford the price of a one way ticket home in case of emergency don't travel in the first place
