I was just wondering what to do
What happens and what i do IF the airline........................
Thanks for so many advice
I am a little concerned that my flight will be cancelled due to the situation in Ukraine
For the time being there are some flights cancelled already by this airline (FINNAIR)
I will leave Thailand and my wife for some month.I will leave on my last permit day 19 march in the evening.
I think this is the best option for me (i was thinking do a Flight run to Cambodia)
I will take care some issues in my country and return 2,5 month later with a brand new NON-O single entree
Thx for your replies (i am still here,my friends!)- 1

There are 30 day extensions for a tourist visa or visa exempt entry.
The 60 day extension to visit a Thai wife or child can applied for with any type of entry (non immigrant, tourist or visa exempt).
So Ubon J........You can tell me that i can get a visa exempt (30 days) + extension 30 days + 60 days to visit your wife?.......are you sure about this. Can i get both extensions (30 + 60)? ( I am married)

So, by returning in April with a valid stay til Aug I would need to pay 10,000 baht for covid insurance? (2,500 x4 months)
Per 01 March the Covid Insurance requirements are changed into covering 20.000 $ (instead 50.000$)
Thats means that the insurance will change the amount to pay for insurance
In my opinion it will not change that much.
For AA insurance you can look at de possibilities https://www.aainsure.net/travel-to-thailand-covid-insurance.html
The requirements for entering Thailand demands a Covid Insurance for the time you are in Thailand
But several comments on this forum tells that a 30 day Covid Insurance will be accepted to obtain a Thailand Pass -

Is this the cost of qualifying insurance to be let back into Thailand for a Non-O visa (extension) holder?
I'm asking because my wife and I are planning a trip to the states in April.
My current extension (based on marriage) is good until 16 Aug. 2022
Test N Go i calculated 4.500 baht for 1 day + Test
2.500 Covid insurance for 30 days -
Once in the Netherlands (same as me ....hallo daar ) you can also obtain other visas like
Non-O visa (marry and other) through the E-Visa system
I do that every time when me in Holland
I will get 90 days which i can extend with 60 days.
I am planning flying back to Holland on 19 march and return on 05 June -

PCR test in Cambodia for go back to Thailand 80-130 $...!!!
Taxi costs ca 40 $

For what i understand now
I am The Netherlands
The VISA EXEMPTION RULE allows tourists from 64 countries1 to enter Thailand without a visa. They are granted to stay a maximum of 30 days if they are entering Thailand via an international airport or entering through a land border checkpoint from neighboring countries. ... The visit is strictly for tourism purposes
the period of exemption is extended to 45 days
Aliens entering Thailand by any means under the Tourist Visa Exemption scheme are required at the port of entry to have proof of onward travel (confirmed air, train, bus or boat tickets) to leave Thailand within 30 days after the date of arrival, otherwise a tourist visa must be obtained beforing entering Thailand.
1.So i can go to a neighboring country (Cambodia) and WITHOUT any visa return to Thailand?
Is that not the sane as a "visa on arrival"
2.How does visa exempt work.must i pay money for this,or just enter
3.Is the period i can stay in Thailand 30 or 45 days
4.Do i need a return/onward ticket?
5.Can i extend this with 30 days?
I understand that i must do the Thailand Pass + Test N GO scheme (1 day+PCR) + Insurance
Thx -
Forum member of a Cambodia Forum tells me the following:
" I have known multiple people that have been refused consecutive 90 day single entry non o visas everywhere in SE Asia BUT in Laos, all were told get an extension."
So that worries me a lot.If i go Pnompenh for a single Non-o visa and it will be denied then i am screwed.TESTS;
PCR test before departure from Thailand
ATK test upon arrival in Cambodia
PCR test before departure from Cambodia
PCR test upon arrival in Thailand (Test & Go #1)
PCR test 5 days after arrival in Thailand (Test & Go #2)
+
plus adequate insurance coverage for both countries
The pertinent point is that there's no guarantee that the Thai embassy in Phnom Penh will give you a single entry Non-O
iTS A BIG RISK or am i wrong -
I understnad that Cambodia is an option to get a Visa to enter Thailand again.
Here come some problems (i think)
- Pnompenh is not easy to get a (Non-O Visa) single entree and many are denied, because they tell to get a proper extension
- Going to Cambodia requires 1 test + 1 PCR test before going back to Thailand + 2 more test in Thailand (TEST N GO)
I am also hesitating to get a new Non-O visa in Cambodia .The costs will be total around 30.000 bht

Soon i will go back to Europe and return 3 month later to Thailand.
Before i obtained a single marry visa for 90 days (+ extension 60 day) costs 80 euro
My question is:
Can i apply for a multi marry visa at this moment for 1 year cost 180 euro
Do i still have to leave the country (borderrun ) every 90 days?
If so...do i need a RE-Entree permit?
Because the landborders are not open yet...i ask myself if it is usefull to obtain a Multi entree -
At this moment its not possible to get a Covid Extension with a NON-O visa anymore.
I had my last one valid till 19 march and i am preparing myself for a trip to another country.
IF..IF...covid extensions are provided again for NON-O holders..the me lucky.
So far nothing has been published for a change -
It depends to which country you go
Some countries/airlines only requires a Anitigen Test
If you need a test before departure you can go to Suvarnaphum airport
Exit 2 Floor 1 Mobile teststation Antigen Test 550 baht -

Yes, Cambodia needs a visa, and negative covid test, etc. You can get the visa online. Covid insurance not required, but recommended, as hospitals may be expensive.
https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/cambodia/entry-requirements
I can get the Cambodia tourist visa online right?
But can i get the NON-O single marry visa through the so called E-VISA???
I am dutch but i am currently NOT in Netherland
If i go in person to the Thai embassy in Pnompemh do i need a appointment???
I never done this before in Cambodia
I hope i have the correct papersthx
-
Thanks Ubon Joe
I always got a Non-O single marry visa (also in my country)
Thats is enough.90 days + 60 days extension (visiting my wife)..which brings me total legal till 5 month after entree. After that period i will do same till i have the real funds to apply for 1 year marry visa (400.000 or 40.000 p.month)
So i assume that the AIR borders are open to Cambodia + the Thai embassy provide single NON-O marry visa?
If i go back to my country which have a Covid number of 70-80000 per day + the costs of going back to europe and long flight + i want go back to my wife,it will cost me a lot more
Also maybe there comes a option that the land borders are open and hop over and back.
But for the time beiing this is not possible right now
I must need a Cambodia visa as well
Thx Ubon J -
so,if i understand it all right
You can go Cambodia trhough air only and apply for a new NON-O visa Marry (90 day)
Then go back to Thailand and take the Test N Go
My concern is that i need also the Thailandpass.Or can i apply for that BEFORE i go to Cambodia
My current stay is till 19 March
I have 2 options:
1.Go back to my country (europe) and start all over again with my NON-O
2.Go to Cambodia (or other country) and get a new NON-O marry visa there|
(not have the financial sources to apply for 1 year)
Am i correct?
I also hope the TestNGo will be 1 day and test (now 2 day + test)
I also dont know if PnomPenh embassy Thailand provide at this stage a new NON-O
any suggestions
Thanks all

Sometimes i just not understand why people choose the 800K option?400K (if married)
I am 63 as well - married - no work
The only thing i do for many years is to obtain a NON-O (single ) which will give me 90 days + 60 days extension. That are 5 month in total. After this period i go Savannakhet and obtain again a single (or multi) entree without showing my financial situation.(Again 90 days + 60 days extension)
I just give myself (and wife) a small holiday every 5 month
