i think you are a little confused. i was speaking to the quality of what is called medicine here not the delivery method. 

unmodified and outdoor strains are a thing of the past. finding high cbd strains is not difficult at all anymore. seems you may need to do some catching up on what is happening in the industry. 

wait until you find out about cbg and thc-v.

i'll go out on a limb and say the vast majority of what is being sold here does not meet what would be considered medical standards.
