Hi, I'm Brit applying for a Single Entry Tourist Evisa.

The online form is asking for "Identity of the person inviting you to stay e.g. Thai ID Card, Passport" Trouble is no one is inviting me, I have a hotel booking which I have submitted elsewhere on the form. If I leave it blank it won't let me progress to the next page. Any ideas?

Also, It just asks for "Travel booking confirmation" I have submitted proof of a flight into Thailand do I need to show a flight out?

    Thanks for any help

I was just reading about it for myself, you just need a hotel booked for the first 8 days. Then the rest of the documents they ask.

I would be a bit more cynical than that - does the story not make mention of M-O-N-E-Y. Obviously the family will be expecting the Swiss guy to "give back" the 300,000.

I am watching this unfold with serious concern. There is no doubt in my mind who is lying and I am concerned the story is being taken seriously.

Yep well said but as I à previous post dont assume directly it's the wife.

I've been in Europe for several months now. Had our certificates checked many times. Many. And none were cursory. None.

Since we didn't have the digital EU certificate, we actually had to pay for tests before getting on a regional flight. Cost a bunch and took quite a bit of our time.

When I left France for Thailand it was super heavy but you didn't need to be vaccinated. I was but, it was all about the pcr less than 72 hrs. But that was 1st July. Now it's changed but for myself I have the vaccinated passport on my phone. When I left bkk for Chiang Mai. Heavy checks but I was fine with 2 shots and fresh out of quarantine. Now I heard they are making it much harder, but as always probably depends on the airline.

  4. OK all the negative messages aside, it's a move in a positive direction. 3 yrs ago we wouldn't even get that news. It's not in leaps and bounds but baby steps are in my own point of view better than nothing. It's just that we have become so synical of the law maybe it's us that should just take a step back from the sly remarks and see what happens. Just my 2 cents. Sorry if I offended anyone.

  5. Hello, let's look at the fact amd fiction. Since last summer in France I was working at the pool, dont ask me for the scientific research just Google. In brief it says the virus can not survive a properly keepet ph/cl pool. In France last year and this for eg the gyms closed pools were open for a certain number of people depending on pool size and surrounding area size. So ever indication is that the virus is only spread via, not keeping social distance and not wearing a mask. No one was forsed to wre a mask obviously therefore strong sociale distances required. To get back to the point ie: my condo in chiang Mai, pool open but I was <deleted> at the people in the gym lol not the people in the pool. Simply because they don't clean the weights etc because no cleaning things were provided. So I use another place. But pools should be open with a max number limited and controlled. All the information is calorine does kill the virus.

most likely just a tip of an iceberg. Investigation just started and not all will be disclosed, as all it implicates his subordinates and superiors in force.

Struggling a bit believing these numbers.  It implies roughly only 16% of Brit's and 11% of Americans have received even a first dose vaccine.  Would have thought  by now it would have been much higher.  The French and Japanese numbers look in line though.

No they don't, if I remember the French were giving their nationales the vaccine, so why would they go to the thai government? I am a French national so I clearly remember the article.
