Umm well depends on what your doing there as to weather its the healthiest place to retire

Cant really help here but i got mine after a lot of running around that my wife did so i dont really know the process, i think its just if you get it or not up to the people you see that allows this to happen. Saying that i have no idea why i got it in the first place, doesn't help much with anything unless there is something i dont know about.

I always thought gated and brought a house in a gated compound Its all fine however i have a few friends in stand alone houses, which are fine as well and not to mention you get a lot more for your money just need extra security measures in place such as window and door metal frame security CCTV etc and to check the neighbourhood out thoroughly before committing, like rent a place first in the same street to check if or if not there are nutters living there saying that it gos for gated compounds as well some of them can be a nightmare with dogs and the like

Do you not know of a HDMI cable to connect to a monitor ?? all laptops have that facility, as for graphics laptops have come a long way. I am running full settings newest MS flight sim or any latest game for that matter with a 200 dollar second hand gaming laptop that is 4 years old i used to build my own desktop machines, stopped that 10 years ago

How is it people are testing positive when they have a neg result before flying, How long is the incubation period, like say if you touched someone or something that had C-19 when would you be positive and thats if you did get it

Get rid of the desktop computer all together, best to have a laptop setup with a monitor, wireless keyboard and mouse power outages will be a thing of the past

It is because local schools wouldn't have a clue in how to set up class bubbles and to put in place control measures, International schools are smaller and more efficient operation. Its exactly how the schools are in the middle east my daughter goes to a British int school in Oman, during lockdowns our school was set up perfect for Corona control but as the local schools couldn't place good control measures and would not be able to do this the ministry here just said all schools will close (if local schools cant open no schools will typical ministry carry on here), the last 18 mths my daughter has had about 10 weeks of face to face learning. Corona is now under control in middle east country's and thank god the schools are back to normal

I had the phizer vaccine mainly so i can travel and go shopping as you cant do any of this in middle east country's if you are not fully vaccinated, but no way will i get my 6 year old this vaccine. Big pharma is just trying to cash in here its a fast developed vaccine and i have my doubts about it, it will take years to get some true data on the effectiveness of this vaccine

Tragic, I have said it before and i will say it again teach your children how to swim is the number 1 priority, for some reasons Thais just dont get it which boggles me as there is so much water in Thailand. I got my daughter to learn to swim at least survive if she fell into water as soon as it was possible, a lot of ponds, creeks etc in Thailand are dark waters if your child falls in you will not see them

i brought a house which was finished but needed a patio, guttering, gardening, concrete driveway and the like, lesson i learnt was never let them supply the materials they used was the most cheapest stuff going, the guttering lasted about a year before it all just corroded away i couldn't believe it that stuff should last for decades. Labour wise its very cheap however source your own materials then just get the labour in to build it and be there when they are building stuff, i would never consider getting a house built from the ground up unless you know of a expat builder that knows his way around things
