  1. This may not be the best time to ask this question, with everyone else wondering if this is the end of the world as we know it, but I've got a 90 day reporting problem.

A few months back I was about to go on my usual 90 day visit to Soi Suan Plu when I realized that I had messed up! It had actually been 4 months since my last check-in, not 3 months! Well, rather than march in there and pay my 2000 baht I figured that I would just relax and get it straightened out when I extend my visa again next year.

SO... has anyone else been in this situation? Will I be deported/fined 20K/thrown in Imm. Jail next year? Or will I just pay a 2K baht fine and get a scolding?

I had the same thing ,, I have renewed my 1 year visa (working) and my wife's NON O, a week ago, I have not reported every 3 months last year, upon renewal I was very nervous that I might not get my visa for another year, but to my surprise without any questions ,, stamped 1 year visa on both our passports, then I asked one of our staff to ask why they dint give me or iinform me about reporting after 90 days, The officer told my staff that , I have not reported last year so it is ok :D , I will be paying 2,000 baht anyway no matter how long i did not report :o ,, I was not fined as should be, but I willbe reporting in December just to make sure,, with 4K fined for me and my wife. hope thi helps... :D

  2. I had been to penanang for a visa run with some filipino friends, they seem to have no problem applying for their visas, they all have the required documents and all went well had their passports stamp with a 3 month non immigrant "B" and now they all have their work permits,, the only thing is make sure you have all the required docunments and what ever nationality you are, you can have your visa without having problems... PEACE

  3. Hi Guys, Please advise,,,I have my 8year old son and 6 year old daughter, 3 years ago we usually go on a visa run every month with the kids, but when I got my work permit and my wife had her visa we did not apply for the childrens' visa because they say they do not fine children with overstayed visa, the last stamp on their passport was 2 1/2 years ago.We plan to travel to singapore and get them their non-O visa next month, I am worried they would be fining us for their overstay. Any recommendations or advise would be appreciated. Thank you all in advance :o:D
