Ecigarettes and Vaping Devices are two different things . E cigarettes are still using tobacco but heated and no combustion. Vaping Devices are heating liquid with a % of tobacco. I think the Authorities should specify wich one is outlaw as the first is still tobacco like cigarettes.... Nah Good luck with that 🤣

I told that vaping is illegal and people vaping are subject to up to 20 year jail and - or a fine .... ( 20 years sounded quite harsh to me ) . I hope that Thailand makes Vaping legal . It's far less harmful than smoking cigarettes 🚬.....

I have been coming to Thailand and lived here since 10 years . I love that little bit of anarchy and freedom there is in Thailand . You can go back to Europe or America if you want law n order . If they want to stop Foreigner beeing in Businesses that are " for Thais Only " just stop Foreigners to have the possibility to own 49% of those type of businesses. Foreigner can not own any % of Businesses only for Thais , Foreigner can not be Directors of Businesses " For Thai Only " . 😂😂😂 Half of the Thai Legal Firms would go on strike 😂😂😂

It seems like they will charge Thais 5000 bhat entry fee as in Singapore with Singaporeans .... I think Grambling Big Casinos Resorts is a good idea specially when the Casino can't cover more than 10% of the Superficies and 90% has to go in Hotels , Entertainment , Shopping Malls , et et to create an adeguate number of employees .

Simply stop Foreigner have the possibility to become share holders and / or Directors in Thai Companies who operate in Thai Only Business . 🤔 ( No Foreigner can be Director or have shares in Restaurants , Tour Business , All the list of Thai Only activities ....) This would reduce drastically the Foreigner investment in those activities .

They might be worried about Thailand becoming far stronger attraction to gamblers and non gamblers than Macau ....wich is a special administrative region of the Peoples Republic of Cina . So gambling in Cina is illegal but they have a special region for it 🤔

Is there a number of days of overstay where you just pay a fine per day and the IO doesn't black list you or jail you ? Or just 10 days is enough for such harsh punishment ?
