What is the purpose of this law ? -- Sell and give ownership large ammount of land to single foreign entities ? If that is the purpose than is not creating added value to the Country . -- I assume is to stimulate the real estate market . To avoid large amounts of properties holded by a single entity or single beneficiary than limit land ownership to specific zones the authorities want to promote and specific ammount of land one entity and / or one beneficiary can own as a person or as a beneficiary of a company . Something in this direction could help avoid that large Investors or Corporates becomes owner of large portion of the country .

Beside the % of covid vaccinated people have the authorities ever token in consideration to add the % of people who had covid and have natural immunity to the virus ? ( I remember reading an article where they estimated that a big % of population of Great Bangkok has been naturally infected ... )

Yes 2 jab Sinovac has a big advantage and that is that you get a 3th jab of Astrazeneca

I wonder , doesn't the Government have 1 agency wich filters all Government announcements to the Public ? I get confused of how many contradictory announcements is given to the public about the same subjects ...

Only study of "under the skin" I found was from this Leiden University wich says that under the skin you can get 5 time more vaccine so' under skin 50 instead of 10 intramuscular ( in Thailand I think they give 12 af AZ , at least that is what nurse told me when got vaccinated ...)

I don't see the issue ? Cap private foreign land ownership at 2 rai . Point . Corporate land ownership has to go any way trou the BOI to get approved based on industrial development project . And what's the problem of condos beeing owned in full by single privates ? Cap it at a maximum of X condos x person or corporate .

Get fully vaccinated . Avoid indoor events and get on with life . Covid is becoming endemic so at a certain point we will all catch it hoping that beeing fully vaccinated symptoms will not be more than a flu ....

Beside Ownership transfer documents and procedures I would do a little due diligence on the car seeing all is in order including car origin , import duties et et not to fell in some trap ...

Outbreak all started with letting hole Thailand travel during Songkran . I do not see any additional risk in letting vaccinated Tourist come in the country .

I would suggest to eliminate the COE at first . Tourist has to have 2 vaccine and a 72 h negative covid test and that's it . This COE is a big headache . Make it less complicate with some apps to register at check n go .

I think that if Tourists are double vaccinated with 72 H negative covid test, the hole procedure to enter Thailand should be simplified starting from the COE ...

You are right , but so what ? Probability are that you will catch it any way as from the pandemic stage we are going in to the endemic stage ....

Totally agree ! Basically all vaccinated people can get infected with asymptomatic or relative mild symptoms and can infect other people without even knowing it . The Virus is there and some when we all going to be infected . Pandemic is already getting endemic . Important is to be vaccinated to avoid hospitalization or worst . Rest is nonsense at this point ....

And what about a nice 14 day quarantine in one of the splendid Hospitals of Phuket ? ????
