    I agree i have rediscovered my own country and like it more than Thailand now. This is after living in Thailand for a long time. I have left and will only visit when i feel like it now. My partner is loving Australia and does not want to go home

    Sorry i wasn't talking just about this incident but in general what i have seen during construction in Thailand

    As a structural engineer, from what i have seen of Thailand construction methods god help them if they experience cyclonic winds.

    Before Covid i lived in Thailand for years but while there is a mask mandate i will never come back. I think the decision to leave 2 years ago until this is sorted was the best decision i could have made. I am enjoying seeing my own country again and now look at it with new appreciation

    I asked my Thai wife where was Australia. She said how would i know just get baht bus. She had already flown to Bali and Hong Kong so i expected a reason able answer. This almost caused a divorce as she said why would i want to know this as i can't make money with this knowledge. My mate told me to shut up and accept the answer.

    Typical Thailand wants the best of all worlds for itself. Just like when the Japanese were losing the second world war. They go with the money.
