  2. You pay for sex two ways, directly or indirectly. Think about it
  3. Batboy please note Thailand belongs to the Thai people. If the Thai government allows, land sales to foreigners, prices will escalate and the Thai people will not be able to buy land in their own country. That is what happened in Australia. When I say land, I’m referring to vacant land and established homes. I think a condominium ratio of 60./40 would not affect the market too much
  4. More than one year ago I advertised in Thai Fr to rent my wife accepting any offers and as long as they desired. A lot of inquiries but no takers after they viewed her photos.

  8. Most leave home and end up in places like Pattaya for materialistic reasons. They see friends with the latest iPhones, AirPods, make up, money in their purse. Etc. The friends talk about. dancing and partying every night and the prospects of meeting a well to do foreigner. I was once very friendly with a Thai girl up north and driving from the main city to her village we would pass modest to elaborate homes and she would say, “so and so owns that house and land, she met a guy when she worked in a bar and he bought the house and land for her. My friend could nominate where they were working Pattaya, Bangkok, Phuket etc.
  9. During the high season months they should open up more manual check-in counters. Every time I have arrive in Bangkok there is always a sea of heads waiting to get through Immigration and there are numerous rows of empty check-in counters.

  12. Maybe attempted suicide, If so, this guy will have to think of other means. He could try top floor at Suvarnabhumi Airport. It has a high success rate. A miracle no one was injured when the vehicle met the ground

  14. I imagine a Roman type orgy. Caligula was known for having “uncommon parties”
  15. Years ago on my first visit to Nana I sawv this young attractive Thai lady in very, very tight jeans. I said to her,”how do you get into those jeans” , and she replied,” buy me a drink”
  16. Question…. What tpenalty did the motorcycle driver get who killed the doctor on the pedestrian crossing?
  17. I think they want a champagne life on beer money. In Sydney, you can purchase homes in decent suburbs for 1.2 million. Also, you can rent from $600-$800 indecent suburbs In six months time, ask this couple what they think of “utopia “ Phuket
