  1. I probably had unreasonable expectations, after years of "artist renderings", so needless to say I am disappointed so far, and give this "park' a 3 out of 10. I don't know what the goals and objectives were, and the park is not yet finished (the RTA is the prime contractor), but it seems suitable more for selfies, and photos, than for mass public use. The narrow, elevated walkways actually separate you from the park. There is a lot of water and wetlands, way too much, resulting in unusable space. There are some nice touches, like the area around the amphitheatre. Is it better than the monstrosity that was The Thai Tobacco Monopoly? Yes, of course. The Green Mile extension north to Ploenchit along Duang Pitak Road could be nice but suspect it will turn back into parking spaces, and food cart storage. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=viWVd2eqbIk
  2. You do realize there are parking garages? Where charging stations will be installed. Or are you assuming the condo owner parks their car inside their condo? Ok, now that that's settled, where can I get a buggy whip?
  3. Sorry, premature post on my part. Have been on a VPN all day today, so not sure. No.
  4. Yes, that's the exact same situation/domain as I experience.
  5. Several pigs have flown quarantine before the results of their 5 - 7 day ASF test results were delivered. The authorities are asking the public for their help in hunting down these "foreign" swine.
  6. I don't think you can buy Pfizer here, maybe some knock-off in a market or in a border town ("imported from Laos or Cambodia), it's not for sale here. What is your vaccination history? Where do you live? I think there is a shortage of Pfizer right now, with deliveries expected any day, so maybe just wait it out for MoPH or BMA or provincial options. Yes, the GPO did take a large portion of the most recent Moderna order, and is distributing it for free throughout various government channels.
  7. Transiting where? At DOH? Then no, it surely doesn't apply. You are transiting the U.K. onwards to where? What is your itinerary? Are you "fully" vaccinated?
  8. Chrome/Win10 BitDefender Started today, every 30 seconds or so. message details refers to an expired certificate from an aseannow.com domain. No Pop-up blocker used, no VPN used.
  9. Can you fog a mirror. Check. Can you blow a whistle? Check. Can you work 12 hour shifts, seven day per week? Check. Can you sleep standing up? Check. Are you a registered sex offender?
  10. A 50 mm baht drug bust these days is like couch change. Photo from a recent bust. Note the table size, number of tables, number of officials, number of SWAT, use of wide-angle lens which are metrics to gauge the size.
  11. What does this refer to? Waist? In inches? Are Jorts an option? I think there is a Levis outlet in Bangkok 2533 Sukhumvit Rd, Bnagchak Phra Khanong, Bangkok 10260, they have branded retail shops in some malls. I've been out to Siam Premium Outlets https://www.siampremiumoutlets.com/en/getting_there where there is a Levis shop. Haven't been in it, but I did find a decent selection of running shoes (Asics, Nike, Adidas) there.
  12. My experience with QR is that it is the destination country's requirements which are enforced at check in. This is validated from other travel forums. So try to determine the U.K.'s current requirements.
  13. This may have been added to your PNR when checking in for the outbound segment, and was not requested for the return segment as it was already noted. Just a guess. I think the OP may have already flown BKK-KKC (last evening)?
  14. Strange, I chose the same activity. Was presented with dates out to Feb 11, many (although fewer than I expected) time slots each day. I did not step through the booking though. I assume it would work. Maybe something unique to your usage is preventing you from proceeding?
  15. I made the same error, we're in the Pattaya forum, so... https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/[email protected]/bookings/ not sure I see 90-day reporting there but it's translated already from thai. I do see 90-day reporting for the MTT location, so it can be a "thing".
  16. There's a language toggle upper right for thai and english. OK, so you have a 13-digit thai id card/number. Patience? Then action. Contact the MoPH and or DDC.
  17. Oops. Saw posts on twitter and fb last week showing quite long lines.
  18. I stepped through it last night and it worked. Showed openings out 30 days. Same same this morning, I can select an activity, a date, a time slot. I did not proceed to booking. How did it "not work" for you?
  19. Do you have a 13-digit pink id card, or thai vaccination ID number, maybe be on your vaccination paperwork. Install the Mor Prom app. Apply for the DIGITAL International Certificate. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mor.promplus You can also view/print all vax docs from this app. You can request a yellow booklet if you want to old school.
  20. 0% import/landing taxes for all EVs. 0% VAT (is there VAT on cars?). Keep it simple. Free vehicle license/registration fees for first 24 months. Subsidize free charging stations. Free charging for the first six months. Prepare for HiSo launch control accidents and fatalities.
  21. FWIW, Div 1/Bangkok Imm announced the use of this new system as of yesterday. Includes CW, MTT, Chamchuri, etc etc ????Immigration Division 1 (Responsible for Immigration Services in Bangkok area only) ????is open online queue service. The visitors can make an appointment via online at website : ???? www.immigration.go.th (Choose => Online Service) ???? https://bangkok.immigration.go.th (Choose => Queue Online) or scan the QR code (on the picture) to access the website.
  22. What's the point of asking such a question? There no real "rules", just guidelines which change every hour. None of us have any knowledge of the the "friend's" (and it's always a "friend") office, location, business, management. You do seem to have quite a bit of knowledge of the situation at this office, down to the vaccination history of all the employees. In a perfect world then yes, everyone should be tested daily, with positives sent home to isolate/quarantine. But if it's a small private business then the work environment is probably not representative of a perfect world. Again, not sure what you're looking for, but suspect your questions would be best directed at the friend's boss?
