This works for me, here, with BofA. Although I use GV SMS as my primary 2FA. The FIDO key is becoming more important.

Which banks? What 2FA options do they currently support (besides SMS)? For example, a security (FIDO) key? What is your budget for being able to receive SMSes? Are you able to to modify/add/change contact numbers without getting an SMS first? For me, both Google Voice and Talkatone work everywhere (except id.me and some government apps), but I do also have T-Mobile (old plan, $10 every 90 days; roams here fine) and UltraMobile ($3/month) I recommend UltraMobile as it has the WiFi option which works here. Getting these SIM solutions set up though can eb a challenge. Again awesome medical advice. You apparently survived that so not waking up, or complications, after a double hit of a vaccine might be classified as "worse"? As near as I can determine today - and I am not a scientist or medical professional - the half-dose of Moderna as a booster is for those fully vaxxed with Moderna. For those vaxxed with other vaccines, a full dose may be OK. I'm not certain you can get a half dose here short of pulling away from the needle as the nurse approaches a 50% "plunge". You might be able to arrange it, or it may become a menu item here at some point, but the needles are usually loaded for that day.

One local "chart". For AZ 2X it says 3 - 6 months for Moderna #3. Maybe just follow the news over the next 4+ months? You could consider a purchase of a single dose, especially from a private hospital that is flexible in scheduling. I had no luck with Bumrungrad (unwilling to commit to even a six week window) or MedPark (2 doses only), But there are dozens of private hospitals so think I've narrowed down one that will commit to a specific date in March. If they want to be a medical tourism hub they need to fine-tune the paid booster/vaccine programs to be more foreign customer friendly.

I don't think so. But maybe give it a try? In the U.S. there are some supervised (remote via video call) test which some airlines (UA for example) accept. Abbott and United said Wednesday that passengers can use Abbott’s BinaxNOWTM Covid-19 Home Test and Abbott’s NAVICA app in what the companies say should help make the international travel experience more seamless. Before passengers come home, they “conduct the test with the digital health proctor, get their health pass and either upload it to United’s Travel Ready site so they can re-enter the country or show it at the airport when they check in,” an Abbott spokeswoman said. The companies said travelers will be able to purchase BinaxNOW Home Tests, which come in a six-pack of tests for $150 plus tax and shipping, from the eMed health platform. Delta no longer flies ex-BKK so you'd probably be flying ex-BKK on Korean Air for BKK-ICN. Doubt they'll board you with a self-administered test.
