I just checked, it seems theres no covid vaccination requirements as of 1st August, this is great news, I can now go!

I'm curious what kind of digital nomad it is compatible with? Working for a company while remaining nomadic and abiding tax laws is very prohibitive to most I think.

yeah that's obviously true, it's a major consideration. BUt I'm swaying toward it simply because I want to use Thailand as a base even if I dont necessarily want to end up living here.

The digital nomad visa isnt really for digital nomads, the requirements are incompatible with the majority of actual digital nomads. Elite visa is a better option, or if old enough, retirement visa.

How long have you been in Thailand since Entry? I've been here since March 2020 and currently on a covid extension until 21 sept; I've been using Samui without issue but im now down in Lipe. If I can get an extension at Songkhla that would be pretty good, but it's a bit of an effort from here. Do you know if the Songklha office requires a copy of TM30? as I think the office I am supposed to use would Satun on that basis.
