If the TM30 has been done online by the owner of the rental, do we still need to print and fill out a TM30?

I arrived October 14, I intend to extend for 30 days, then do a border run. First question, when can I go regarding the extension, after how many weeks? Do you have link to download the forms ? Second, since it was more difficult to do a border bounce from Hua Hin, I intend to be in BKK, which option would be the simplest and the most sure to be a successful re-entry? True regarding the finger print, however, there is nothing wrong with using a different passport when you have dual citizenship.

What if you have dual citizenship ?

I intend to do the same except 5-6 months. It is better to do multiple visa exempt entries (3X45) and one 30 days extension or or 2 times (45+30)? i don’t mind spending 3-4 days in a nearby country prior to re-enter Thailand.
