Basically Monks will do anything for money just as will the majorioty of most other Thais.    I find nothing religious about Thai Monks; many just seem to be scoundrels wearing robes and in the 14 or so years i have been here i think standards in Temples and among Monks has dropped considerably.

You´re spot on! Have a great weekend. ????

My BTC have gone up 337% in six months. Condos?

Yeah, I know. I sold at about 46k per coin. I will invest in condos now, and buy more when it falls again. We all know it´s coming one or more big dip before it reaches 100k.

Still have a lot of coins left, though. ????

The temple ceremony is just a religious ceremony, same as some cultures jump the broom. It is not recognized as a legal marriage until it is registered with the  Amphur.

Can you please tell me something I don´t know! Why did you feel the need to inform about that? I assume you believe it´s right to continue a ceremony of the people that have chosen to live the right way, when one of the persons in question is legally married, then.

    I beg to differ.

A real leader finds a way to lead; that is the true challenge of office after all. He has no defense. He expects to be treated like a minor diety but acts like a spoiled child, and hardly for the first time.

How many videos are you prepared to watch, not that your or my opinions mean a fig?

    Harry Truman USA president :

"If you can't stand the heat, stay out of the kitchen."

I can go with that too. In reality our stance is not that different. I am in no way a fan of the way thing are and are going. I know there are many videos, just wanted to see this one. Looked a little bit now, and it seems to be the same story with this man. Just wanted to see it before making my judgement.

    WANTED:

Business partner to complete a unique 50 mtr2 concrete structure & form a local construction company (possibly with a 3rd investor) to sell larger size structures (up to 300 m2) for house, resort, commercial or any function requiring a unique self-supporting solid concrete roof. The business model & plan have a 3 year ROI.

Many features & benefits at a very competitive price to conventional construction. 4 years' work (& 3 million THB invested) with top national experts at King Mongkut University & Asia Institute of Technology in Bangkok insure the structural integrity of this earthquake & wind - proof design. An excellent working relationship with experts at Siam City Cement & Marton machinery companies in Bangkok will facilitate commercialization & business success.

I am a retired American engineer, living in Chiangrai for 7 years. I prefer a Thai partner to facilitate company formation & can use a translator if required.

    Please reply in private message.

    Thanks, Bob

You might want to advertise in other media, where you actually can find a Thai partner.

Your first paragraph is an accurate description of the british House of Lords in session!

Yeah, I might just be. However, I do believe it is a quite perfect description of any country´s perliament at present time.

Years ago there were something called respect in the world and something called proper and decent behaviour in different situations. That was something very important especially for elected persons and politicians. Unfortunately today generations have chosen to overlook that fine tradtition. That is something truly visible in all places in society. I am blaming smartphones and social media for that. Just take an example with the girlfriend and boyfriend that goes out drinking coffee together. Today many don´t even talk or look at eachother sitting by the same table. Thier faces are totally sunken down staring at each smartphone. That´s total decay of a society, that makes a bad start for everyone in life. What do we think that leads up to?

MP's were listening and that's why they were laughing.

Looks, like he was telling jokes about how poor he is an not involved in corruption.

Probably he also tried to tell a joke about $10mln his daughters deposited in Singapore several years ago.

When kidding people he should realise, that they may be more informed, than himself.

Video was broadcast and to be found on yt and fb. Will be shared by many citisent as a proof, how pathetic their PM is

Ok, I will look at the video. However, we are talking about grown up people in a position or opposition to rule the country. Laughing and mocking each other while trying to solve important matters is not in theirwork descriptions.

Still not saying I agree with the PM. Actually I can not care less. What I do care about is all generic posts and comments from the TV-trust that always acts like children.

I have created my zone in Thailand, where my life goes on in perfect harmony with my wife and children. That´s all I ever going to need.

  8. I just don´t know here. I would like to hear this and see a video of it happening. We are very well aware of how it looks on the government meeting here in Thailand. People from different parties is sitting in their smartphones, staring down the floor or actually talking to eachother or sleeping during another person is up speaking. It that is what happened I agree totally with the guy.

If he walked out in anger becasue people didn´t agree with him and thried to talk back to him, than he is his usual charming self that just can´t hack it in society.

Like I say, we need a video to make a fair judgement. Not like all poster before me, just judging because they want to be in the clique that hates.
