Been taking Tamsulosin and Finasteride for about 4yrs as treatment for enlarged prostrate. 0.4mg and 5mg once per day. Initially results were good but have reduced as time goes on. Side effects: E.D, Retrograde Ejaculation.

My friend who is currently in the UK has sold his motorcycle to a Thai lady. I accompanied her to a local MOT testing station who also provide tax and insurance services and other things, such as change of ownership. They informed us that Name changes can only be done if the current owner provides a certificate of residence, copy of passport and visa. As he is unsure when he will return to Thailand, I am interested in any possible solutions to achieve the change of ownership in his absence. We have the green book and a copy of his passport and we are in the Pattaya area.

I had a very large incisional hernia (13cmx17cm) repair done at Smitivej Hospital about 3yrs ago following major abdominal surgery in Bangkok hospital. This was done using Mesh and the laproscopic method which was a 5 hour operation, involved 17 minor incisions and cost 250,000 Baht. There are now 3 separate small hernia's showing through the mesh which developed over the last 3 years but are not causing any problems.
