IO's have the hardest job in Thailand. The lines of foreigners never end. Day after day after day. That's some bizarre Dharmma.

Charge admission like national parks. They will open tomorrow. At 10X the local price of course.

Yes, I would take the same view to helmets.... it is the law.
When the helmet law passed, it was specifically written to benefit one manufacturer. The manufacturer just happened to be an MP. All other helmets were illegal. But then the Thai Bar Girls Association marched on parliament to protest. They refused to wear dirty helmets on their freshly sprayed 80's hair. So implementation was suspended till hair trends were more favorable. And of course the take over of insurance companies by foreign interests after the financial crisis. Got to milk the concession, like bar girls.

People are starving for something new. Restaurants need to stock up on takeaway staff.

When Ford decided to open up out here, at some bar I asked them why Pattaya? Answer: We love the lifestyle. Fast cars and faster women. Perhaps with all the bar closures, GM is off to more enthusiastic pastures. Save Pattaya! Support the Bar Malls.

Like Insomnia, the GG's should open up to the ocean. Chillax hostess GG Gentlemen's clubs. Sampan between bars and girls under the stars. Make it happen boys.

Led to believe that the owners of Siren Beer Bar Complex are building a new Beer Bar Complex, without a Boxing Ring.
The Pineapple hath many Spying Eyes. Good to hear we will soon be behind bars.

Not a bad time to stop drinking altogether and spend the time and money to something else?
Some say that it takes 3 weeks to change habits, good or bad. Now we have ample of time to do just that.
Are you drunk? If not, you should be.

They may have just been passing rent increases on in their prices but they've slowly killed it.
Same thing happened in Bangla. Foreigners keep selling the leases at higher prices till no money could be made. And now the bars are not rented and the little streets are empty. 150+ baht drinks and 220+ baht girl drinks. Last price at the boxing bars was 120+ baht for a well drink and 160+ for a girl drink. No wonder the Indians stay on the fray. You can have high rents or high liquor taxes, you cannot have both. Or use the empty bars as Russian and Chinese laundry mats and parking lots.

I’ve never actually seen them make it but I visited them once and got pretty stoned with them one night.
The Chinese developed the tech. Going to be hard to compete against those boys when it comes to extraction. Technology, scale and they manufacture the equipment. Plus government financial assistance and deep connections throughout the Thai business community.

Sonication for better extraction. Cheaper and cleaner product. The oil falls out into the solvent. Control temperature for different fractions. Cold for CBD and slightly higher temps for higher THC. So initially a cold extraction to remove CBD and then a higher temp for the THC.

And JP's International Bar! The best after hours party since the Old Thermae. Major loss.

Soi 6 has plenty of noodle shops.

Asked current landlord for a 25% discount for year contract. No problem. Better deal than the US, where my tenets want three to four months rent forgiveness.
Pattaya reminds one of the Time Share markets. Now most Time Share markets advertise how to get out of your Time Share. They screw you buying in and selling out.
-
First they ban the otc ketamine in the pharmacies and now this. The end is nigh! If you want to stop socializing, shut down the gas stations, banks and atms. Within a week the people will stay at home. Tried, tested and effective.

Can we still buy food at Big C, Macro etc?

Safer now than when the Chinese lined up for parasail adventures.

Be careful gentlemen. Ivemectin curbs one desire for alcohol.

Unless there is a rent, mortgage and debt moratorium, the system will start to fail somewhere. HK and the US gave out free cash to meet debt obligations. At least make the interest payments. The free money is for the banks. As the lending banks have obligations to NY. Eventually savings will dry and people get desperate. Who will blink first - Italy, India, China... Like in 1997, too many bad actors willing to take advantage of the situation. Or maybe the Central Bankers will just rewrite the illusory rules behind closed doors.

If no doctor, go to the pharmacy and buy Aldara. Put it on the nose three or four times a day. As in bandaid or plaster, soak in Aldara and apply. It will shrink very quickly but will not heal completely. No scarring.

Try Pattaya International Hospital. Has a small, but well staffed dermatology clinic. Should be fast and easy to get in and out.
I go here. Fast and efficient. Had many spots cryoed for 4k. Plus eye tags and other barnacles removed. In and out.
If its on your face, go to BKK. Asoke Skin Hospital has the Sensusheath machine so no scarring.
Asoke Skin Hospital of Bangkok has become the first healthcare facility in Thailand to successfully complete the installation and deployment of the SRT-100TM non-invasive skin cancer treatment system, officials with Sensus Healthcare announced today.
