Hi just found this company and the looks good and wonder if some one have experience with them?I mabey Make B-visa and set up company.Any one tried them? http://www.interactivethailand.com, looks professional.

I just done some research,I moving from Phuket to Pattaya in a couple of months. My school will help me with the papers I need for my new school so I dont need to leave the country.My only problem wash/is that I have to keep going to same immigration were I started my Ed visa,can not change that until you year is up and time for my second year.This is no problem if you just want to change school but same city.

There is some schools that dont give a shit about there students that changing school so they have to all from start again to get a new Ed visa etc.I advice everybody to ask this before you sign up at any school that they will do this, if you want to change,try to get it writing.

Moving to Pattaya and need advice to find a good school to study more Thai.will start my second year when I move to Pattaya.I mean school with real teachers and want to do my 200 hour minimum, not just a school to get visa,Nothing wrong with that but I realy want to learn.The school should have licens to do classes for 3 years minimum

Doing some research to move to Dr.Its stated if i lived more then 5 years out of my country of origin i should get a police clearens from that country to get resedencie, my case Thailand.Some one done this?or know how and were?

Make an new passport if you have full,It could be difficult to get at least turistvisa if have that many.New fresh passport will do it.

I suggest you stop by a large Kasikorn Bank branch in Pattaya and specifically ASK them if they can issue you a letter for immigration on the spot, or not. I don't see that you really learned that from this thread as yet. Not all banks have the same policies.

I live in Phuket and have my bankaccounts here.Will move to pattaya and maby applie for retirementvisa there.Do they accept bankbooks from any were in Thailand or have to be in that City were you appllie?Of course I will have adress and what ever in Pattay,but account is in Phuket bank.Any one have experiens?

I go school in Phuket and never heard about something like this?Sounds like your school is under some investigation maby?You have to go to MOE with staff from school?Sounds very strange.Any other people here on Thaivisa had the same experience?

Have one year ED visa,need to relocate to Pattaya so change school.I will have 3month left on my Edvisa.My school telling me that will give some documenst for my new school,(dont know witch one yet)But my concern is not schol but Immigration?can I move like this and just keep on just go to Pattaya Immigration and do my extension?Any one done this?maby some school reading this and can advice?Thanks

shurup you are spot on.I did the same and it kick my libido quickly and all you say about pricing is correct.I did go to a clicnic in Pattaya,bring my testo and the did the injection for 100b.couple of years ago but sure price not up that much.Is any one here know a pharmacy in Phuket?I checked a couple but they didnt have.I need to get back on it agian.

from the bottom of my heart I wish u luck and i say this,DONT buy a bar or a restaurant or a guesthouse.its to many and if u do the numbers for the rent,keymoney,police,bartender and all this shit.the biggest problem i had was to find girls.always have to look for new ones because they leave.if u dont have some one that can run the girls for u,even bigger reason not to do it.U do the numbers so what u are doing is buying yourself a job.But if u dont do it only for money,go for it,but as a businessidea?no way.just my humbel opinion,what do i know?good luck

I hade bars and restaurants here in Thailand and this is they way it works.My girfriend whent once a year to settle the tax at the the tax office.This i nothing specific for soi eric,its the same everywere.If its the best way or even by the book legal is a other story but this is how its done if you dont want company.

I like to know many times when I look for rent a commercial shop/place Im offerd 3+3+3years lease.Is this realy legal and binding.It is mostley an option to renew ,but that mean the landowner can say no?Is there something I should check more carefully in the contract about this.Also i wonder if the lease to be legal and binding I have to go to some goverment office(landoffice?)and get it registerd?Is there some kind of extra tax if i do this?I mention it to some landowner and it seems like it was not a popular idea?

If I understand correct when u are married everything you buy under this time is to shared 50/50 if a divorse.what you have before married is still yours? But I was wondering about my income I get every month from outisde Thailand from lets call it an investment or retierment money.I get it to my bankacount in Thailand every month.Can she make any claim on this money?I mean this money is paying for all our expences like electirc,food,all.and Its something I earned before I married?any ideas or advice?

Extortion, bribes and tea money at road check points in Phuket is something that for reasons only known to them, some members of this forum have dreamed up with their over active imaginations.

I cant find about Ed visa in Penang on the list of visa report in the region?Mean no one reported? I going soon so like to be sure but I assume that all Embassys give Ed visa?
