I was wondering, what are the best vegetarian meals/dishes in Thailand?

Something that is "must" to taste while there? But please, nothing very hot/spicey...

And did I get it right; Thai food/kitchen isn't so hot/spicey as Indian kitchen?

My mouth just cant handel too spicey food

I am staying "only" 4days in bangkok...after that going to Cha Am just to relax (and escape the Christmas hustle). So I am trying to see much as bossible in thoset 4days and hopefully have some time to do shopping also
