  1. obviously not driving teachers then…..if footbrake fails use handbrake to slow vehicle at low speeds….might have been speeding or poor driving as should be entering road bends at correct transition speed without braking….possibly brakes failed through lack of scheduled maintenance.
  2. people are simply crazy driving any motorbike in thailand without a national / state full mc licence by test (swiftly obtaining thai MC Licence) WITH substantial riding experience or at least intensive mc defensive driving course plus Test Licence. road death statistics (75% moped riders) inform this country is the Top Tier for foreigner skill / experience BEFORE taking a mc on the roads. your bike handling/ reactions/ confidence/ observation / anticipation MUST ideally ALL be top notch if you are not to join those stats……. otherwise you are the equivalent of a national guardsman ( tier 4)operating in a seal team ( tier 2), which of course would never happen.
  3. that document, in thai language format, is completely useless. forget about it. MOPH Vax Cert, in intl. english format, with QR Code, should be accepted (if requested) everywhere.

S. Korea/ England / Sweden / Netherlands examples. Case figures in third world countries are near useless by comparison.

I’ll play along over my coffee. puppy would need to be left inside enclosed vehicle while you are on the beach (or you stay inside vehicle too). then vehicle must be “new”. preferred beaches yards away from house. nothing makes any sense here. leave puppy locked inside house and carry on as before. there isn’t anyway you can enjoy these beaches with your puppy alongside, is there ? buy a new vehicle for other reasons you’re not telling us……we are not talking puppies here are we ?
  22. legally “property manager” = owner agent = owner. agent rental receipts = contractual payment. unclear why you are moving ? letters from owner ? notify owner you are staying there until your owed money / deposit worked off and money available for owner direct payment monthly in arrears. owner has changed contract unilaterally so can you.

Architect will arrange Bid Q& A and Final Bids. Architect Should Select & Manage HIS Builder after Client Design & Price Approval.Do Not Change ANYTHING after Builder Contract Acceptance. Typical Price M2 Build Cost useful to determine that Best Bid aligned with Market.in case all three bids are High……but Architect must evaluate Quantities & Rates & Spec Compliance by Bid Line Item.
