It’s just too difficult to deal with these people…..they leave a mark and life is too short! I’m no angel….I don’t suffer fools or bullies easily as the saying goes…so when someone shows me they aren’t a person I could ever associate with face to face they’re gone! I have six on my Ignored List now that never once improved my day or my outlook on life! (my wife says I am probably on ???? Ignored Lists) **Certain individuals in life make us all look at our own manners (online and off) and hopefully we change for the better????

Don’t worry…there’s no one here who didn’t have a basement full of things over the years that they shouldn’t have bought…didn’t really need…changed their minds about….or bought on impulse ????…that’s what basements and garages were for???? That is back when we had basements!

OMG (as my grand daughter would say) do you people “ever stop” trying to one up each other and show how intelligent you are??! Trust me it’s not working! No wonder these people don’t want to deal with you!! ***You got your email saying you are registered …now sit back and wait! who cares whether they message us or email us with appt. date!?! Im 71 years old and as more than able to read a text if they choose that method of communication! If I don’t want their appointment or vaccine when I get the message I’ll turn it down or heaven forbid I’ll just say nothing and it will be cancelled as they have said! Move on already…go for a walk or plant a flower (and you don’t have to tell us all about that either)!!

My soil is from under a 50 year old or older tree mixed with some old cow manure and 10% sand! Lots of worms etc. but we have a ton of these Japanese beetles and/or the grubs (eggs) were already in the soil I moved from under the tree. Just the advice on the Milky Spoor would have sufficed!!! Thanks for that part of the sermon

I live in the mountains in Samoeng and have to partially disagree….I walk down the lane to lock the gate in the dark some nights and once out of the outside lights of the house and into the dark it’s seldom you’ll be bitten! You can’t stand around under the lights of the house or they’ll eat you alive! My theory is that the odd bight I get in the dark is from a mosquito that followed me from the lights! On the other hand….not nearly so bad in the town itself with all the lights etc.

My raised garden beds are infested with white grubs! I see a number of the shiny green and bronze adult Japanese beetles around and they could be the larvae of other beetles too but I have the feeling it’s the Japanese version! Everything grows well but one day something not looking right and things go downhill from that point….flowers die and even my beans which were splendid and pricing so well all of a sudden dying back slowly! In any case anyone have any opinions on the milky spoor or beneficial nematodes I’ve read about and where can I buy in the ChiangMai area?

I get it….just thought there might be a tactic reason that I wasn’t thinking of! we don’t have an issue with them in the house it seems….but trying to sit outside in the evening is miserable!

While we’re all being as careful as we can to social distance etc. let’s not forget these guys….they aren’t big on distancing! I live in the country and while evenings are especially bad but they’re around all day unless the sun is hot and bright ???? We use smoke on some evenings when we want to bbq…I have no idea if those electric zappers are effective or not…maybe my next move!
