The "2 million baht treatment" relates to the cost of repairing the CCTV system, not to the cost of Thaksin's treatment that the DoC is obliged to provide for the prisoner... Not true, at all, Klong Prem has an onsite hospital where prisoners are treated, they are not left lying around to die and, as the DoC and PGH have confirmed, are treated outside prison if necessary. "..how many other prisoners are at the same hospital with similar disease?" How many other prisoners have the same conditions?

My point is that the chap making the claim, knows nothing other than what is reported in the media. Smith claimed that Thaksin's heart condition is fabrication. That has not been confirmed as being factual by any media sources.

Maybe you can go and inform the banks that you spoke to that Krrungsri and BBL both accepted my cash today just by inserting my ATM. No screen mentioned Thai ID being required. Were you, perhaps, trying to deposit cash into a 3rd party's account?

I wonder if this is one of the times that they haven't quite got it dialed in yet and it asks for a Thai ID #, but it should really ask for Thai ID# or PIN, depending on context?
