  1. Wow, you've examined her in order to know all that?
  2. Why don't you list all the different drugs that you have taken first?
  3. To all intents and purposes, always void. A special provision, certainly not normal coverage.
  4. There you go, a sensible man checking his coverage... not that teeth cleaning would ever likely need an insurance claim.
  5. But it is an insurance policy exemption, regardless of your irrelevant definition.
  6. And another AN POSTER who does not read the OP before having an unjustified go at the victim.
  7. Absolute nonsense. The couple accepted that their policy clearly stated exemptions and that they just did not read them... nothing to do with insurers' "weaselling-out as usual", it is a fact that in excess of 90% of all insurance claims are paid out by insurers so successful payouts are 'the usual'.
  8. No one is being"expected" to pay, if you don't like the choice of her husband's employer to set up the fundraiser, hard cheese.
  9. Boll0cks. It's no skin off there noises to pay claims - as 95% of all claims are.
  10. "As we all know" (a daft claim, of course) similarly policy holders don't give a sh.t about their policy conditions that they have to adhere to in order to benefit from the protection.
  11. The insurer will contact the hospital - obviously + but the doctor doesn't dictate how the insurer operates. It won't "do the trick" if policy conditions were violated.
  12. You'd suggest a minimum lower than is currently required if your hotel regulation quote is accurate? Why?
  13. No it is not generally and, yes, generally there are acceptable levels.
  14. Not if she consumed only a reasonable amount, normal alcohol use doesn't automatically invalidate policies.
  15. Funny how some people claim that alcohol is the worst drug of them all.
  16. ... only if the alcohol intoxication is over a certain level. What insurers consider normal or reasonable consumption does not void policies.
  17. Agreed... until you come across the unchecked driver with a dodgy background whose inclinations get the better of him.
