@DrJack54 Have you tried the postal reporting to CW on returning to Thailand from overseas?

@DrJack54 @Tod Daniels thanks for the info. "Remember the FIRST 90 day report after returning from abroad has to be done in person too." Is it possible at CW to do a postal report on my return to Thailand? Previously I've attended in person on each occasion.

Hi I did my 90 days online at CW last Monday and it took one week for it to be processed. Just got a reply today Monday at 6:50 pm. Approved. Purpose of the post is just to let people know there seems to be a bit of a delay. This is my second 90 day since I returned from abroad, first one I had to do in person at CW ( ongoing issue for many people and I will try postal next time I come back from overseas)

@DrJack54 my bad. TM30 was what I was referring to. This has to be recent. TM47 wasn't required at CW. I would have sent u a DM to clarify but that option is not available.

@DrJack54 yes you did mention TM47 but omitted to say it needs to be recent. I had a TM47 but she deemed it not to be recent. please make sure to mention in other postings that it needs to be recent.

@scoutman360 @DrJack54 I did this about six months ago at CW and it took close to 2 weeks for it to be posted out to me. It’s important that the TM 47 is quite recent as to what quite recent means, I’m not sure. I had one from when I moved into my apartment two years ago and that was deemed too long ago. it didn’t matter that the retirement visa had my housing details, et cetera. She wanted a new TM47.

Hi I've been in Thailand for a long time but never needed to get a document in English translated to Thai for official Government purposes. Has any TV member done it recently in Bangkok? Any recommendation? Costs? The translation is for The Legalisation and Naturalisation Division, Department of Consular Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Changwattana Has any TV member used a translation service at Changwattana? Please don't reply if you are having a bad day or if the translation was done outside of Bangkok. Thanks

My 90-day online report has been rejected. I have about a 50% success rate. I already reserved a booking to do it in person, as their online system is not reliable. I am thinking that maybe next time I will do via the post. Has anyone recently done the report via post? How long does it take? Any advice/suggestions? Their website says 15 days before and mine is due Nov 24 - Does this mean I cant do postal this time. From Immigration website Address - ***Postal Address *** 90 Days Notification Section , Sub-division 2 , Immigration Division 1 , Chalermprakiat Government Complex (B Building) , 120 Moo 3 , Chaengwattana Rd., Soi 7, Toongsonghong, Laksi, Bangkok 10210 Notification by registered mail (Thailand Post only) Prepare the following documents Photocopy of passport pages with following pages – front page showing name / surname / Passport No., etc. – current visa – last entry stamp of immigration – last extension of visa Photocopy (front-back) of departure card TM.6 (if any) Example Previous notifications of staying over 90 days (If the applicant has been notified before and no travel outside the country). Use only original document Example Notification form TM.47, Completely filled in and signed by the applicant (not another person) Example Envelope with 10 Baht stamp affixed and return address of foreigner for the officer in charge to send back the lower part of form TM. 47 after having received the notification. The send back part must be kept for reference and for future notifications of staying over 90 days. The above mentioned documents (1-5) must be sent by registered mail before the renewal date 15 days to Immigration Office in local area where the foreigner resides. Must keep the evidence of sending the registered mail as evidence until the document is returned. ** Waiting time for document to be returned : Approximately 30 days

Hi I entered Thailand on the 27/08/24 I renewed my Retirement Visa on 15/10/24 I did a Certificate of Residence on 22/10/24 When does the 90 days start from, for making the online 90-day report?

hi I have a rental contract for an apartment. Can I self-register on the TM30 website as I prefer not to go through the owner? Has anyone one recently done it? What documents did you use? The Immigration website says 1. Business license or signed copy of business registration confirmation 2. Letter of authorization to conduct the registration 3. Copy of ID card of person giving authorization person I have no. 1 & 3 already. I don't have no 2. Any ideas or suggestions by those who have done it? Thanks
