Yes you are correct Dan O it was her right what failed her was to have a quick look to see if another vehicle was coming her direction because she did look. She presumed it was okay to go. Just because you have the right doesn't mean other rd users will obay the lights. If you walk onto a Zebra crossing you automatically look left and right even though you have right of way but as you know cars sometimes carry on, Same as a bike at a set of lights.

She would not have been hit if she had only waited a second or 2 or looked right and saw the car speeding to the lights. In the UK to ride a bike up to 125cc you have to do a CBT Test This means a Compulsory Basic training course. You have an earpiece in whilst riding the instructor tells you to do certain tasks while riding behind you. He constantly tells you not to forget the " Life Savour " This is for you to look behind you for potential accidents, or other road users that could prevent you from turning to overtake you as you pull away, and to avoid you pulling away into traffic flow which could crash into you. It's a split-second maneuver that as it says is a life savour. Failing to do this could result in test failure as it shows a disregard for other road users.

Your not getting it thesetat. Yes, the driver was at fault but she should have looked to see if any vehicles were coming from her right she presumed it was okay because the light went green. I Can also say IF she was wearing a helmet her head injuries may have been less severe but if those 2 little letters ( IF ) were in place.

First rule riding on Thai Road's always expect theUnexpected. Just because your in the right doesnt mean other rd users are the same as you. Always give it a few seconds to make a turn from lights you never know a few seconds could save your life. Sadly this young girl has paid the price for no experiance of basic riding skills, No helmet, presuming she is in the right not realising other rd users might jump a light, lack of basic training and no licence. Yes the car driver is at fault too so its a 50-50 accident both to blame.

Err might only be a few baht for bin bags but if you have a Bin that only fits a certain size bag. What good are they if they don't fit inside the bin? You would exchange them for the correct size your plastic bin uses. Not about the price.

I used to like walking around Big C electrical dept and really appreciated the assistant walking slowly behind me stalking me as if I was on the Rob.

How would you feel stupidfarang if you decided to live in a nice area in Phuket and then within a few months many young Russians started arriving in your little piece of Heaven? Russian shops began opening and selling Russian food. strangers walking up and down your Soi some even living next to you.

Yep they welcomed them in their droves now the locals are moaning and complaining. Phuket was bad before all these draft dodgers started arriving. The yearly figures don't lie Since the barbarians started killing Ukrainians, thousands fleeing to Phuket They will not want to return to Russia once their holiday is over, same as the ilegals arriving in their hundreds crossing the channel daily to Scrounge off us in the UK. Our government was the same as the Thai Government we opened our arms to welcome them now we are regretting it.

Turned right without looking at what was coming up behind him, no indicators, bet he wasn't wearing a helmet either.
