I have a plan to retired early in LOS using TE. Got it last month but still busy in my home country. I have a plan to open bank account and start to transfer sum of money to it. The question is, since I dont want in hurry buy condo in LOS. Does the FET letter from bank (lets say for today transfer to my account in LOS) is still valid to buy condo next year? Or can I next year ask FET letter from bank for the amount I transfered today from my country? Other question, do I need make will letter for each asset (condo - money in bank - car etc etc) in LOS or just one will letter is OK. So in case I die my daughter in my country can go to LOS to claim what I have. Whats the market price for lawyer fee to make will letter and assist to buy condo? Thank you in advance.

As the subject said. If foreigner buy condo(s), can they airbnb them? If its legal and any of you already do it. Is it worth the time and money to do it? Money might be no problem for me. If I can do that, I think I can have additional activities because I'm afraid of boring issue if I retire in Thailand ( I like to be at home. I don't like going to bars or outdoor activities too much ). Thank you in advance for any opinion. x

Last time I rode tuk tuk. Both of us (me and driver) agreed 200 baht. In the middle of journey he asked me where do I came from, and asked me to add more 400 baht. I didn't agree with him and suddently he gas his tuk tuk as fast as possible hope that myfamily scare and agree with his request. After that I never want to ride tuk tuk again.
