I just happened to see a stall (at Lotus) selling Saw Palmetto 160mg (same dosage as OP) from the brand "now", 90 tablets for 1190B. It would be easy and certainly cheaper to buy it yourself from iherb.com, delivery takes about 9 days (much faster than what iherb says). This kind of stalls selling vitamins etc are quite common in the shopping centers.

Somebody posted (yesterday?) that CW wouldn't issue a reentry permit, only after at least 7 days after 90days-report would they do it ( can't find the post). So I was a bit panicky as I applied for a reentry permit today, because I had mailed them my 90days-report 7 days ago (no answer yet, 90 days are not yet due anyway). I got the reentry permit just as easily as always. Has anybody ever been refused a reentry permit?

I doubt it. I once needed printed statements from them, I got them at their main branch in Silom. They are just as cryptic and unintelligible as their bank books. For example, many incoming funds were labled as receipts for goods and services - complete BS, i have never sold anything here.

Personal Allowance for spouse: The simple tax guides writes "supporting a Thai wife". I guess that's how Somchai the tax inspector sees it. The RC does not say, it has to be a Thai wife. It also doesn't say, you get this allowance only if you support her. And from Sec 47 (3) of the RC follows, that the wife doesn't even have to be a resident of Thailand. If I have to install the banking app on a new device when abroad, the Thai SIM card registered with the app has to be in the new device. Kbank and AIS both say, it would work if I use international data roaming with the Thai SIM card (cheapest package from AIS for data roaming is 600B). Has anybody actually done this? Does it really work?

Sheryl is right. Chula MD is a good and cheap place to ask. Saw Palmetto is available here (I think even the brand Permixon is available), in the usual dose of 160mg. But not cheap. Cheaper online: Lazada, shopee, iherb.

Yes, they do. But its very difficult to sound sarcastic in a language other than your mother tongue, as can be seen daily on this forum. And in another culture, it's even more difficult. These weird aliens running around Sukhumvit and similar places say Kobkhunkap ("I am very grateful for what you did for me") all day long, when there is no reason for gratitude at all: they say it when nong does her job or when they get 17 baht change at 7/11. I want to by from 3M official store, and they don't have it PS after 10 trials, shopee found the official store of 3M, and they do have it. They even have the (supposedly better) version 9809 (purple, not red). And after ordering, they told me Lotus has it for a lot less, so I am going to have a look.

Many people write, one should gift money to spouse or other relatives, and then live off this money. This is illegal, because its not a gift if it's actually used by the "gifter". It's also very stupid to publish such criminal plans on AN for the TRD to read. The most stupid would be transferring the "gifted" money, once it is in Thailand, to one's own Thai bank account. A real gift means, the receiver uses the money for whatever he wants. He doesn't transfer it back. Real gifts: the receiver buys land/a car in his own name/gold/pays uni.

Neither 3M official store in shopee or Lazada nor the 3M website list Filtrete aircon filter. You can find many knock-offs in shopee/Lazada, and 3M website shows some aircon filter which doesn't carry the name Filtrete. Is there a substitute?

I have never heard a Thai friend use the word "winter" for any season in Thailand. Obviously, I don't speak English with Thai friends, why should I? Those of my Thai friends who can speak English use "cold season" which is the literal translation of formal "ฤดูหนาว - Ruedu Nao" or spoken " หน้าหนาว - nâ: nă:w". (sorry for the diacritic, my keyboard doesn't have the correct one) Neither have I ever heard any foreign friend of mine use the word "winter" in their resp. language for any season in Thailand (I don't speak English with them, either, but the word "winter" does exist in their languages). Hami is from China. They are good, but you get the toxins for free

With all the publicity, grapes are sold out. BigC sells stuff from the King's project, I did believe them, and it probably is impossible to get them independently tested. They also sell stuff from npfood.com, a very secretive company from Ladkrabang, all-English. Seems not trustworthy to me. Any trusted way to get organic food?
