Nothing to do with victim blaming. Pretty sure if you went to buy weed you can only really smell one at a time so no need to put several bags on the counter . Not difficult to hand over 1-2 at a time for them to look at and smell , then if they want to smell more then get at least one back before handing out another. That way you keep track of it . They obviously went in with a plan to distract the staff though the way they are all spread out along the counter.

DOPE !!! 😂 Six customers for spending a 1000bht , big spenders there . Always amazes me these sellers put bag after bag on the counter to show people and don't think to maybe just show them 1 or 2 at a time . Not to mention the seller has probably been testing it in the shop so is stoned and not paying attention.
