agree, exactly what a friend of mine had to do a few month ago with Immigr. Pattaya (Jomtien). But he did the transfer very quick, so didn't need any agent. 

And the Governor of Chonburi today just said "No".

Means, after Chinese New Year and Songhkran. 

Many years ago i read somewhere that the Northeastern part of Thailand is quite on the top in the world with kidney diseases.
