At 50 (male) my routine is:
Breakfast: Small slice of wholegrain bread with half avocado or low-fat cheese, black coffee with little skim milk.
Lunch: 1 egg, fresh salad with olive oil dressing, half yam or small potato, pickles or olives.
Dinner: Same as breakfast, chamomile tea instead of coffee.
Exercise: 6 days/week, 1 hour (20 min aerobics + 40 min stationary bike).
Gained 5kg during a trip 2 months ago, still can't lose weight. What am I doing wrong?
