Hi all, I finally submitted the request successfully, I´m not really sure about what helped exactly but here is what I´ve done : I installed "Allow CORS" extension for Chrome, enabled the plugin, restarted Chrome, filled in everything again and resubmitted as suggested on a previous post Removed all "-" "," dots or whatever else from the fields At first it did not work, came back on the previous pages and add 2 spaces at the end of my passport number since I had added one already previously came back to the last page and reupload the insurance certificate (it disappear each single time this API error happens) , submit and finally saw the pop up "Submission successful" (or something similar) The worrying part : I did not receive any confirmation emails so far. Let´s share our experience until we find out, best luck to all!
