So my progress was as follows: As soon as the TP website launched, I waited a little bit. I knew there will be bugs straight away so the first attempt was made around 9pm thai time. No spaces after or before passport number, no special tricks. I have put wrong vaccination name first, watch out for that. In Europe, or at least in Slovakia, the vaccine I got was promoted as Pfizer BioNTech. So thats what I have put in in my first try. I have put full Slovakian issued vaccination certificates and cropped QR codes where they belong (not the EU digital covid pass). Dose 1/2 and 2/2. No tricks there. I have booked SHA+ hotel for 7 nights (because i have started the whole process when CoE was still in effect) and I got Insurance that covers 100.000 USD (also was lowered to 50k now) - i uploaded just the first page which contains the general most important information. I didnt change any of that, as the hassle would take more energy than money that would be saved. On the SHA+ was neither info about paid PCR at PHUKET airport which I have. Here I also had to use the CORS extension. I got a success message after submitting but no immediate confirmation email. The confirmation email came roughly 15 hours later. Second try, i added a space behind a passport number. Nothing else. This try was done roughly 24 hours later. I got the confirmation email immediately, but no QR code also. Here, I still used the Pfizer name. Last try I removed the space after passport number, switched the name of the vaccine to Comirnaty (THATS THE NAME ON THE CERTIFICATE). I still uploaded the full certificates (1/2 and 2/2) and cropped QR codes (also 1/2 and 2/2) to each. This submission was done on 3.11. at 17 thai time and here i got the confirmation also immediately. Not the QR code though. QR code came to the email adress 32 hours later. There is a correct date and when i scan it, it says that its VALID. So success i guess. I know that the last one got approved because of the name of the vaccine is Comintary. The email adress used was the same all the time, with gmail. I found the hotel on agoda, but i booked directly with them as for hotel to send you the SHABA confirmation they need the payment to be in their account. Agoda holds it until the arrival date. I issued the PCR tests after arrival and insurance via the recommended websites on thai embassy website.

OK guys, i finally got the QR code as well!! I will write the full progress in a post soon!

If i put AQ in the application (seems to be working the best) but i have booked SHA+... do you think there might be some issue?

this is... an interesting solution. I wonder, do you think that SHA+ or AQ makes the difference between instant QR code and no QR code? ????

So, i called the embassy in Vienna. I have been told that if I got the confirmation email, and not the QR code instantly, I should wait for 7 days as is mentioned in the email. If i dont get the QR code in time, then i have to postpone the flight (this got me mad as hell, because I did everything right, it is not my fault that I wouldnt have it). Then the lady told me that if i dont have it a day before my flight, I should contact them again. This thing is pissing me of so much. Especially the attitude. Thai located embassies (as far as I know) are not providing ANY official information, about the API errors, no emails coming through, QR codes not coming through. People are figuring it out like Sherlock Holmes. And when you get in touch with your local Thai Embassy, they tell you its not their fault

Is there some official website or statement from Thai Government? I have submitted 3 applications so far, no QR code yet. I have uploaded all the documents correctly and perfectly readable. I know they say wait 7 working days, but thats really easy for them, when they are not under pressure and have not put over 1000€ into the trip already... I submitted first 2 submissions on 1st of Nov, when there were the API errors with CORS chrome extensions. Recieved confirmation emails 10+ hours later, no QR. I submitted 3rd one on 2nd of Nov, updated name of the vaccine (instead of Pfizer i have put Cormintary), got the confirmation email instantly but no QR code. Now I am giving them some time. Iam flying to thailand on 11th of Nov, so 7 working days from today comes to 13th of Nov, which is my arrival date. If I dont recieve the QR in 48 hours (maximum), I have a "backup" plan. I have merged my SHABA hotel reciept with PCR reciept together, because nowhere on the SHABA confirmation it says that i have paid for the arrival airport PCR. Then, my insurance pdf file consists of 15 pages. I have merged all those together into one 5x3 jpeg. Then, instead of my Slovak Vaccine certificate (which has all the info except passport number - nobody in EU has that. it also has a QR code but it only directs to a Slovak ministry of health website with the same info) I have downloaded the EU covid pass, which also has a QR, but its encrypted, so if I try to scan it, it says that the QR is not valid. Not sure if they will be able to tell anything from that QR code. I am using a gmail adress too. So there should not be any issue I believe. I am so tempted to bombard them with applications until I recieve the damn QR code... I just dont know it that will not make things worse. If there will be anyone who didnt get the QR and went anyways, please share you experience how it went. I mean, the problem is not on our side, we are trying everything possible to meet their requirements, we have ALL the documents necessary, we just dont have the cursed black and white square. My last hope is that i print everything out, and just head to the airport and hope that they would have some understanding to the situation... Cheers

To those from EU that are getting instant approval and QR code, are you attaching the EU digital COVID pass OR country issued certificate?

Its not automatic. I had to submit 3rd one today to correct the vaccine name. I got the confirmation email instantly but no QR code so far. My first and second submissions went out on 1st of November in the evening, got a confirmation email 10+ hours later. So there is an improvement but its not instant for everyone.

Where did these numbers come from?

Same here... i have confirmation email (two of them, actually) but somebody who got the QR code instantly makes me wanna put another one...

Did anyone who got the QR code immediately submitted the application today (3rd of November)? I applied on 1st of november, i did 2 applications because i didnt recieve the confirmation email, and then, 10+ hours hours after the submissions i recieved two confirmation emails. Still no QR code tho. Is there somebody in a similar situation? Iam flying on 11th of Nov.

I have submitted the application about 5 hours ago. My girlfriend is flying to Phuket on 11th of November, so i will probably wait until tomorrow and if nothing comes, i will probably try again.

If I got stuck on C (didnt receive the confirmation email), should i just submit another application?

I have succesfully made it through with the help of the Chrome extension mentioned in many previous replies here. Got the success window, but no confirmation email (yet - it's been a good 40 minutes) I got two questions, really... 1) has anyone who didnt get verification (confirmation, if you will) email got a QR code? 2) if I didnt get the email, should i try and fill it out again? I know i would get the "duplicate passport" error, adding a space wherever would solve that issue. I just dont know if this will make things worse, as there will be more applications for them to validate. Thank you
