Same problem for me. 7 day yesterday. I sent picture of test to hotel, they then tell me to upload. BAH I am not sure if coincidence or what. Local Doctor came and looked at test, then photographed test and my passport. Asked how I was enjoying Thailand. Then on their way. Asked my girlfriend, how'd they know I was here? She said everyone in this village knows you are here.

I don't know how anyone is getting approved. I keep learning new information. Just found out from hotel I have to pay for Covid testing through their bank before I can apply. This was after finding out the ShaPlus hotel I booked earlier does not help with any of this. So cancel that hotel, find new one. They were fairly quick responding, and offering assistance. Hopefully now I have all the required JPG docs, with the right kind of email account.

I am having same issue. I sent and was rejected on day 1 because. No 2nd dose on J&J. So I got 2nd shot and resubmitted. Said it was received and will respond in 7 days.

The J&J still not working. I went and got booster shot. Once I loaded that it went through. I did get a receipt email saying have and will respond within 7 days. I had first tried putting J&J in twice. They accepted it but kicked it back as rejected saying I need to fix the vaccine portion of my app. I feel bad anyone who is trying to travel in the next couple weeks.

It just won't accept. When I put it in twice it was accepted and then came back as rejected due to vaccination not accurate. So now I went and got booster, But now it says my passport number is already in use. Grrrrr

I finally got it sent. Came back rejected. Fixed the Vaccination page and when I submit keeps saying Passport number is already been used Not sure where or what to do?
