Quick update: received QR code for my wife within 12 hours of resubmitting.

TP support success rate: Contacted [email protected]: waited for 24 hours, no reply 24/7 Call Center: all lines are either ringing, no one is answering, or busy, or straight to voicemail MFA call center: long wait and patience ran out Resubmitted application for my wife. No CORS extension, no extra spaces in passport number. Got immediate email confirmation with access code. Baby steps in the right direction.

I tried checking the status of my application (QR code approved) just for funsies, you can't do it without access code.

I guess people who register now will receive it. Maybe. Also, this: Priceless.

Interesting. Apparently, now one can check the status of their TP application: https://tp.consular.go.th/en/check-status Guess it was too hard to add this when the system went operational on 11/01. Worth re-registering?

Hello, Did anyone have success contacting [email protected] for Thailand Pass support? Emailed them and got nothing back. My wife's QR code hasn't been issued (7 business days as of today). Leaving on 11/19. Thanks.

This is exactly right. I am just trying to rationalize for myself this clearly random process.

Did anyone who submitted with extra spaces in passport number get QR code? I submitted for myself (non-Thai) and my wife (Thai). Had to add extra spaces to wife's Thai passport number. We both received confirmation emails on 11/02. I received approval email with QR code on 11/07. Nothing for my wife yet. Thanks.

I followed the Thaiger instructions and "successfully" (got green checkmarks) submitted information for myself (non-Thai) and my wife (Thai). We are US-based. Did anyone from US receive an email confirmation after submission went through?
