You should be sweet for a Covid Extension - Fill in a TM7 form, copies of passport & all stamps - picture & a print put or screenshot of your TM30. There is a Covid affidavit form to complete too, most people just tick box number 2 - Plus 1 other form that you sign to say that you more or less understand your obligations - Fee of 1900 baht.

The Thai government sets out the rules - Myself and many many others follow these rules as set out in the Royal Gazette - Personally, if these Covid Extensions were not available, i would already be on my 12 month extension of stay based to my 90 day Non O Visa, which i have personally not decided to apply for yet, as given in my reasons in my previous post.
