Last time I logged into Lazada was 29 Sept 2024. This last weekend I was going to order some moxibustion patches. Went the Lazada website and put in my username and password. Never had a problem before. Anyway, got this from Lazada.
”Your account might be facing security risks to protect your account, please verify your identity”.
I have been using the same internet provider 3BB and living at the same address since joining Lazada.
Anyway, they sent me an SMS text that said. Note: Please stay on this page until you,ve clicked the verification message to complete the
process successfully.
I tried to reply to the text message to verify myself and nothing happened. I then started the sign in again but all failed. About after my 5th attempt Lazada blocked me 12 hours.
So, my question is what am I doing wrong. Any replies would be greatly appreciated.
