It only means that the Thais (mostly naive people not interested in reading books and learning from the past) are more susceptible to the tech hype than the Europeans (mostly interested in history and greedy). Just give them some more time.

It's a damn tough choice: buying property in Thailand and entrusting 51% ownership rights to some fictitious Thais or entrusting 100% to one’s Thai wife. Personally, my choice is clear: never put myself in such a dilemma.

Tons of food discussions then, I suppose.

Food is massively important to Thai people, if you notice, within a few sentences of meeting up, they ask if you have eaten.
The reason for this kind of questions is different: they just have nothing else to talk about. Imagine meeting up with a horse that somehow learned to speak. What will it talk to you about? I bet it will be hay or something similar.

This is another farang suicide case

Never be so stupid as to forget (even for a minute) that those trans creatures are actually men in women’s clothes! More so - mentally unstable men!
-
If only we had more filthy rich foreigners committing suicide in Thailand and leaving all their money to dirty poor (they always are, aren’t they?) Thais - we would get tons of smiles from these people.

rule number 1 to becoming rich : never live beyond your means.
I like to see something like this being often advertised as a rule number 1 for getting rich. Because I know that 99% of people who will follow it are not my competitors in a race for big money. They are doomed.

Watching the Thai Tv News giving attention to this event in a way that mostly ignores the tragic suicide aspect of it and, instead, concentrating on a lottery-like winning experience by the Thai maid, I cannot keep myself from thinking that this is actually what most of the Thais expect all the rich farangs to do one day: give them all their money and disappear (one way or another). Some wait until farang dies from the natural causes, some are luckier. Now, finally, we know the exact formula: good farang = dead farang.

You don't even legally own a single rotten durian from that farm, let alone anything else. If I were in your shoes, I'd be terrified just to glance at my wife in a way that she might misinterpret negatively. To me, you represent the worst kind of gambler.

I am still working and making a lot more money than 90 + % of the people on this forum.
What's the purpose of putting in all this effort if everything ultimately ends up in your wife's possession?

It was slightly higher than 38 in October 2022

And it sounds like you already gave her EVERYTHING you had. I keep my fingers crossed for you.

I also drive a car in CM and yes if I hit a guy on a scooter I will check my car first as most likely he cut me off, going wrong way to traffic, no drivers licenses, speeding, pulls into traffic without looking and pulls into traffic expecting me to mover over for him or to yield by slowing down. Sorry I have no sympathy for Thai drivers who ignore safty rules and regs.
Then you are another sociopath. I would definitely check how is another human being in the first place (and it does not matter who might be responsible for the accident!).
The proliferation of the sociopaths (people lacking any empathy to other humans) in the modern society is a bad sign, very bad sign for the future of our civilization.- 3

Cannot say anything about the woman from this video, but the man is definitely more interested in the car than in the human being he hit just 3 seconds ago. What a disgusting person!

Nobody taught that typical aseannow “retired plumber” that there are not bad nations and even assume something like that is equal to being a retard.

——Yes, some people don’t expect to pay triple prices for everything and get angry. You cannot expect a respectability from somebody you openly rob.

'Portable safe' sounds very,.. unsafe.
Do you realize that USDT is not a risk-free asset? Nobody knows for sure how it works, who controls it etc. I would even prefer “under the bed” option to USDT.

Yeah, freezer is such a cool idea. Very popular. Professional thieves are the only people who don’t know about it. Freezer, all the way!
P.S. Still, nothing can be compared to “under the bed”. Anything one puts under the bed is synonymous to being “invisible”.

Kiwi held in Pattaya for overstaying visa by six years
in Pattaya News

“He confessed to venturing outside his abode only during evenings to procure essentials, all in a bid to avoid run-ins with law enforcement”
Does simply living in Pattaya justifies this kind of sacrifice of having a count Dracula lifestyle for 6 years?
