I think the friend who took the money should be charged with theft, he is more culpable in my opinion. Most people would be angry if they thought they were being short changed by 130 baht. That doesn't excuse his behaviour, he should also be charged. -

There's 2 big pools just off ban noen plubwan. Both are 50 thb to use both sell food and drinks. The one near the Bangkok bank is 30 metres. Saichon pool is 25 metres both are really good for swimming and underused most of the time.

The point about ruining other people's lives is not valid , people who use drugs have a choice . They can only blame themselves not the suppliers. It's like when I had a problem with drink do I blame M&B or the bulls head or the gay barman. No it was me.
