Drop the dead donkey

Such a shame. People visit Vietnam for its sheer beauty and attractive unique landscapes. A tragedy that the tourism industry can do without. Maybe a good system of maritime certifications and regulations for vessels would improve the shipping industry for tourism.

I have watched a few videos after being interested in Alang Brac. They seem a very good insight into his indigenous life and some are quite intriguing to the mountain people of the central highlands. Worth a watch for the cultural differentiation experience.

This territorial dispute is continuing on and on. But what the UN fails to do (as they always fail to do anything these days, and is a defunct organisation), is create sanctions against China for the continuing theft. I have visited the museum in Da Nang and it is apparent from hundreds of years with continuing historical evidence that the islands do belong to Vietnam as it is attached to their continental shelf also. But most of the documents are written in Chinese as it was the language of historical Vietnam. Hence this is therefore difficult to claim it is theirs, when the historical documents are clearly written in Chinese.

A great concept. Expensive now, but as with most technology, it will take approximately 10-15 years before that technology filters down to the general public for use and purchase.
