  1. Ships from China or Thailand? And how much you paid?
  2. I called them. They said they don't have any for my bike.
  3. All I can find is from China 2-3 weeks delivery time. Found one or two in Bangkok for 2000 baht +. Have any links?
  4. Yeah maybe but I wanted to find something different than the stock ones!
  5. I'd like to buy new levers for my kawasaki 650R but all I can find on shoppee is delivered from China and takes 2 weeks if not more to arrive. So I'm looking for a physical store to buy levers from. Doesn't have to be original. How do I know which levers fit my bike?
  6. Update. It seems kawasaki most likely overfilled the coolant and that's why it spewed out some of it. ????????
  7. Might be so. Had no issues going back. No weird noises nothing on the dashboard. Level seems fine between max and minimum. The color was purple/pink. Are there any other liquids that could or would spill in the region of 50-100 ml of that color?
  8. Not today but a while back. Repainted my Kawa 650R - 09. Think it turned out much better. Original green had paint stains in different shades on the tank. For the new paint job I chose British racing green. I'm happy with how it turned out except a few blemishes here and there if you look super close.
  9. Both me and the the bike got home unscathed. No issues at all. It literally puked out a bunch of purple/pink liquid at the gas station as soon as I turned it off. Kawasaki opens on Tuesday. Will update then. As always, many thanks!
  10. All I have is the temp gage and it haven't turned on. Bike runs ok. But will drive home slowly and check ever so often. I took it to a local mechanic who checked it. Will take it to Kawa on Monday.
  11. I'd say 100 ml or something around that. Yes there's still coolant in the expansion bottle. Will try to drive home carefully checking every so often and take it to Kawa once again. Sigh...
  12. Yet another issue. Drove outside for 1hour fairly hard. Then when I went to fill up gas I turned off the bike and coolant started pooling underneath the bike. I'm 1h away from bangkok. What to do?
  13. Yes, that's exactly what he said. But my question is, the overflow hose should it really overflow as soon as you start revving in the higher rpms? Doesn't that point to air in the system or some other leak? Or could it have been caused by the faulty gaskets that were replaced?
  14. I asked them to do it. But he said something about checking something else and depending on the results test they'll do a compression test. Their English isn't the best so it's difficult to get exactly what you want. They found two leaks from two gaskets and also two cables were wrongly routed that's why it was spitting water at higher rpms. At least according to them.
  15. Maybe someone down the line would find this interesting. Gotta change the O-ring and some other gasket too.
  16. Update: it seems it was the o-ring that caused the leak and the oil to drain over time. Also the water should be from wrongly installed tubes? They were apparently installed on the wrong wa which causes the water to come out the hose at higher rpms? Not sure what that really means but that's what kawasaki said.
  17. It's being checked at kawasaki right now. I told them everything and they're checking it right now. Will update tomorrow or Wednesday.
  18. I think it's water even though it looks like oil on that photo. My foot doesn't get greasy or dirty.
  19. I did. But waiting for them to order a part. Then the next day I noticed this problem so not riding the bike until Monday when I'm supposed to go back there.
  20. If it's coming from the tube would it indicate that I have air in my system? I've felt something hit my ankle sometimes when I ride but never thought much about it but now I saw this. Only happens when I Rev the bike.
  21. Yet another issue. When I ride hard I feel liquid hit my ankle on the left side. It doesn't feel hot or anything. Is it leaking water from somewhere too?
  22. OK I'll take it to the mechanic and ask them. Shouldn't be too expensive even if I take it to Kawa right?
  23. I've taken the bike on a longer ride now and I think the oil looks better. It's running fine as well. But one thing is worrying me. Around the chain in the front is very greasy. It looks like oil is leaking? I'm pretty sure the mechanic cleaned this area 2 weeks ago. I'll attach a picture. Not a good one but will take a better one later.
  24. OK I'll do that. Then the only remaining fact is that it uses alot of oil. Or is that to be expected with such an old bike?
  25. The mechanic said no water in the engine. Everything looked OK. Then he changed the oil. They deal with big bikes too but I'm not too sure how careful they checked. The oil color looking through the glass is already that milky brown colour you see in the photo even though I've only ridden 15 km. The level is fine for now. But as I said before it seemed to have dipped almost below minimum level even after topping or up at kawasaki a month ago. Will it really cost 100 baht at Kawa? I don't really know where else to go.
