  1. Totally agree. It's when these very serious crimes happen that you can identify those who are shameful and shameless members of the human race.
  2. Thanks for being a supportive friend and being there in these difficult times. Best additional help you could offer here is to write to IRCC in Ottawa and the Canadian Embassy of this consequence of their negligence and irresponsibility. This is what happens when you are a citizen of a country whose embassy staff spend half of their time drowning their pancakes with that disgusting syrup they harvest from Maple trees. Very grateful for the regimental Ordnung of my country's embassy in Silom. Passports there always arrive punctually from the Bundesdruckerei in Berlin.
  3. Unbelievable stupidity. Why would you declare the Malaysian events on a UK visa application?? Do not declare it. There is no record of it in Thailand or in the UK. Not even in the EU or Interpol. She's in bad hands with someone like you. Over-honest and paranoid.
  4. Won't argue. Responded to one of your two questions. The "or" gave me an option to respond to either of the two, regardless of whether I copied/pasted it from Wiki or the South Park Tribune or searched it on Boogle. Ach Mann, Stress ohne Ende. I'm too tired for this. Have a pleasant Chakri day
  5. Australia, Hong Kong, Israel, Macau and Singapore do not stamp passports upon entry nor exit.
  6. Mine works flawlessly. I transfer funds from my DKB account in Berlin to Revolut and never had issues from day 1 of having the account. I also top it up with my Miles & More card, earning me miles for such transactions. If it doesn't work flawlessly for others, there must be a reason. Money launderers come to my mind. Fraudsters hiding here in Thailand. Dodgy/fishy source of funds.
  7. Meanwhile, local primate specialists and conservationists have identified a window of opportunity here and are now frantically scouring the Thai Criminal Code for something/anything to legally bamboozle the Aussie. Dire times call for dire measures.
  8. in case either was a farang disguised as thai
  9. Cringeworthy and clownish display of collective narcissism. The Swede was caught by being in the wrong place at the wrong time while the island's finest men just happened to be in the right place at the right time.
  10. There are certain people, albeit not that many, who can make a life-changing difference in this young man's life via their banking app or with a single stroke of a pen. For some, it won't even make a dent in their disposable income, let alone their ROI. If I had enough financial reserves to last me a hypothetical two lifetimes, I wouldn't hesitate to cover all costs.
