Indeed, you can cure some issues by avoiding "antibiotics", as it is famous to take in Thailand for the slightest cough even. But you need a qualified doctor to give the diagnose and possible treatments. It's the field of doctors and not nurses or wannabe healers. And the docs will decide if alternative treatments might be successful or you have to start immediately with pharmaceutical medication. Nature got many remedies but by misusing eg antibiotics it might not help. In the orthopedic field there are indeed many treatments you can try before possible surgery. Unfortunately Google or Facebook or Lazada adverts will tell you all those issues where you can cure yourself with vitamins and minerals. It's a billion dollar business and many (fools) will fall for it.
