This these victims did not do but checking the price only. However, mistakes and failures could happen. I feel very sorry that the victims will have life time scars. That, what civilized countries do. Have a court trial, have a sentence. Lifetime prison is an option or psychiatry institution or other. Definitely no death sentence. But the sentence is a matter of judges, not executed by uneducated, uncivilized citizens.
