Yes, so if you look at the chart 2000 and even 2003 had almost identical homicide rates to the years before the ban. Only in 2003 did it go down. Long after the ban. So that suggests there were other reasons rather than the ban. Though the number for 2018 is completely different to the number Google AI states.
