Wow! The guy running against Biden for the nomination has unkind things to say about his prospects. Who ever would have thought it?

Other than recent interviews and her reaction to the Barbie movie Oscar snub, not a bit of evidence.

Why can they wait 30 years to file charges? Seems to me, why can't I file for personal damages for a car accident, 30 years later.

London is a ghetto rife with gangs.  One simply doesn't go out at night.  If you have to you take the car.

New York is an overrated <deleted> hole.  Riddled with drugs and homelessness.  So bad they have to redesign the street furniture so tramps don't sleep on it.  The city that never sleeps.  Everything closes at 4pm and it is like a ghost town at night.  Pretty bad when your city is featured in Grand Theft Auto games.

Tesla, once the world's most valuable automaker, is facing challenges to its sales growth targets amidst increasing competition from Chinese electric car brands. In its recent earnings report, Tesla acknowledged a slower growth rate for 2024 compared to previous years, marking a departure from its ambitious sales projections. The company's shares dropped by 7.5% in premarket trade following the announcement.

Tesla's growth rate for 2023 was 38%, falling short of its earlier target of achieving a 50% annual growth rate over several years. Elon Musk, Tesla's CEO, conceded that Chinese carmakers, particularly BYD, are becoming formidable competitors globally and predicted they could "demolish" most other car companies without trade barriers. BYD recently surpassed Tesla in global electric vehicle (EV) sales during the fourth quarter of 2023.

Musk, who once dismissed Chinese EV brands, now recognizes them as "the most competitive car companies in the world" and foresees their significant success beyond China. BYD, backed by Warren Buffett, has expanded into international markets, pledging to open a factory in Hungary. The growing influence of Chinese automakers, including BYD, has prompted an anti-dumping investigation by EU officials, potentially resulting in higher tariffs.

Tesla's slower growth rate projection for 2024 is attributed to its focus on launching the next-generation vehicle, likely a more affordable model. The company's most recent vehicle, the Cybertruck pickup, faced production delays and challenges due to its manufacturing complexity. Musk acknowledged that the ramp-up for the Cybertruck to become profitable might take longer than other models.

Despite the slowdown in growth and disappointing earnings, Musk remains optimistic about Tesla's future. The company reported adjusted earnings of 71 cents a share, slightly below analysts' forecasts, and a 40% decline from the previous year. Revenue for the quarter reached $25.2 billion, up only 3% from a year earlier, reflecting the impact of lower average sales prices resulting from price cuts.

Tesla's evolving market dynamics underscore the intensifying competition in the electric vehicle sector and the formidable position of Chinese automakers in reshaping the global automotive landscape.

Yes I have used the word "eradication" but it means to finish cull kill the stray dogs in places like Isaan

Obviously I suffer from PTSD from these dog attacks and this morning I'm at the bus stop (Australia) waiting to go to work when I start thinking of the mutts back in Thailand that tried to attack me on the street in Isaan

The bus starts to arrive and I just start thinking of those dogs and I just shout out *Fxck them !!!

And people at the bus stop let me on the bus first and I tell them I am shouting at the nasty dogs not them !

Back in 2017 I went to a remote village with a Thai lady ,I decided to walk by myself to a temple to look at the memorial graves statues

I could hear barking dogs in the distance but never took much notice

Soon a whole pack arrived barking mutts with spit hanging off their mouths

Threatened me with words of threats

Luckily a monk who what was going on .

Later I'm in the back of a motorcycle trailer in the side seat only to have another passing mutt try to attack me

Your thoughts on culling of these dogs that are angry

If the buoy is not necessary, why was it installed in the first place?

in other safety-critical applications, equipment is duplicated to avoid a single point failure.

Unless the buoys coverage areas are completely overlapping, there will be a gap in the protected area.

350,000,00 people were killed in December 2004. Redundancies are something I would install. Right after I make sure they tighten plane door bolts.

Abandoned and suffering from a medical condition requiring surgery, Orratai, 84 years old, was left to fend for herself, despite having four children. She had attempted to reach out to her daughter, living in a luxury house in the Ram 2 area, but was denied entry.

Orratai was discovered by the Sai Mai Must Survive team, alongside officials from the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security. They had been alerted to her situation by a neighbor, who reported that the elderly woman was living alone in a house on Sukhapibal 5 Road, Sai Mai district. The utilities in her house had been cut off, and she was struggling to survive with no one to care for her, despite having four children, all of whom she had put through private schools and reputable universities.

After her children had moved out and started their own families, they had abandoned Orratai. She had previously tried to visit her daughter at her house in the Ram 2 area, but despite waiting outside the house all day, no one had come to open the door for her. Eventually, unable to endure the heat, she had to return home.

Upon arrival at her daughter's house, the luxury property with a high-end car parked outside was found to be empty. A neighbor, Ann (Pseudonym), revealed that she had often seen the elderly woman waiting outside her daughter's house. She had offered Vetnaya a chair to sit on and allowed her to use her bathroom. Vetnaya would typically arrive in a taxi, but more often than not, she would not find anyone at home or, if her daughter was home, she would not come out to meet her.

    Hey

A few months ago I registered my property on the new website and entered my details fro which I fortunately made a screenshot.

Now I am trying to access the data showing the record .... There is no such a thing (unlike the old website where it could easily be spotted)

Anyone willing to point it for me ?

Also I left a month and, when back home, I tried to register my new dates: it did not work: I have heard it is not needed to register again. Can anyone confirm ?

Where can I find a step by step explanation for dummies for this website ?

    Thanks

20-year-old Linnea Pakermo has been traveling around Thailand for two months with her friend. For Christmas, they would spent the holiday with her friend’s family, who came to Thailand to visit.

But on 24 December, water started taking over the boat that was supposed to transport them to the island Koh Lanta.

The boat looked brand new and felt safe, Linnea told Dagbladet Express. There were big waves which hit the boat, and an hour later, passengers heard a strong sound. Water was entering the boat, causing panic on board.

    A nightmare coming to life

Passengers were asked to wear life jackets as the boat was declared broken. Captain of the ship tried to return the boat to Koh Lipe, but the engine ended up underwater too.

The captain didn’t speak English too well, leaving passengers in uncertainty while they were covered in water to their hips. Even while standing on chairs. Eventually, the captain called for help, and the roof of the boat was cut open with a knife for passengers to jump out.

What are the pros and cons of each?

    1. For ease of change with Thai immigration from retirement visa to marriage visa

    2. For ease in eventually getting US marriage visa down the road

    2. In case of divorce down the road

Also, to do pre-nup, is it wise to do one in the US and also in Thailand?

Simple story: guy in Surin with a huge overstay (11 years), helping him anytime he asked and i can, but after one year (oh help) he is still here and, apparently, doing nothing to try (even if is impossible) to sort out his problem or even try to back his country. I wrote here cause the only help he will get from me. from now, will be any possible solution to sort it out, or fly away; he knows about the ban, what he needs to fly out in terms of funds and paperwork? Any possibility he will detained at immigration in Bangkok airport?
